Could work, since thats how other RTDs do it in general.

We're in the middle of a combat session though.

combat sessions take a bit longer for me to do than RP sessions. I gotta check the player stats, the dice roller page, the class abilities...

I always try to get the combat log out as soon as all the participating players have posted.

But it's kinda hard to do if I don't have time to write it out in one sitting.  :'(

PLAYER ACTIONS

Eridraal casts ENSNARE on zombie 3.
duration roll = 1
Zombie 3 takes 10 damage, and is ensared for 1 turn!
+3 EXP

Raith Strikes at zombie 3 with his axe!
zombie is ensnared, and unable to block!
Zombie 3 takes 10+4 damage!
+2 EXP

Valdar moves southwest, playing soothing song.
roll =  2
Raith gains 1 health point!
+1 EXP

Acanthus appears, firing madly at the crowd of zombies.
aim roll = 1+3
dodge roll = 1

Zombie 1 takes a shot through the head and crumples to the floor.

combat ended. There are no more enemies.

AS THE LAST of the zombies fall, the mist begins to fade from the room, and once again the doors become visible (one to the right, one to the left, locked door in front of you). Alarmingly, as the fog passes from the temple entrance, so does the monstrous, ethereal nature of the corpses. they almost look human now.
