@Mod: Request to ask what happens in a a tie
Ok, placing a few assumptions. Note this is just playing with theory so please avoid poking at the assumptions for the moment.
Ok, there's two ways to kill someone:
Lynch them
NK them
Assuming Web DOES need to die, one of those will have to be available.
Assuming The opening post hasn't lied, you CAN kill a person if they aren't being protected, so long as kill attempts > protection attempts. Also it will mean that we all have some sort of active night power.
Given that, it SUGGESTS and ONLY SUGGESTS Webadict might be NKable. If so, another SUGGESTION can play out that Webadict will, then, be protected from lynches via, say, a mirror.
I can see that happening, but, as you can tell, there's a large batch of ugly Assumptions and Suggestions in there. If we wanted to test that theory, what would be the best Day 1 action?
To put more on the table: my own hypothesis.
Assuming Web needs to die.
The bastard mod theme, along with the big focus on our powers SUGGEST they are red herrings. They work, but they won't help us kill Web. That, then, SUGGESTS that Web is lynchable, not NKable.
There's a slight alternative where ther emay be a trick to lynching Web, but it'll be a lynch that ends him.
That's my hypothesis
@Everyone else. What's your own guess on how the game will work. Don't allow WIFOM: use Assumptions to narrow your guess to an act. We KNOW we're working with no info, but that's how an hypothesis works: you take the little we know, form an idea on how we think it'll work, then experiment to find the answer.
Once we have some working hypothesizes then we can get a handle on how Day 1 should go and, with it, be able to use the results to narrow down the true tale.
I honestly believe, though, that if we don't solve the trick, we won't win.
