Yes, the first thing we do in a game called 'Kill Webadict' is to kill Webadict.  We have NO other information in how this game is set up.  As such, pulling away from Webadict to, say, kill some random person without any actual setup-based case is WIFOM. 

Now you have HAVE some information that we don't that suggests that Web shouldn't be killed then present it.  If all you're going to do is try to play 'outguess the mod' then I'll leave you to learn why that's a Very Bad Thing.

Okay, I'll try to rephrase that so it makes more sense.

Suppose the roles are randomized, so that everyone has an equal chance of being everything.  This is the standard setup.  In that case, we might as well kill Webadict and get it over with.

However, since this is a Bastard Mod and Pandarsenic has implied that some people will be assigned roles by him in a non-random fashion (i.e. Webadict is an SK, etc.), the best thing may not be lynching Webadict.

Part of this is mostly my sense of irony--it would be kind of funny if the person whose death was supposed to lead to a town auto-win led instead to an auto-loss.

I know I'm not Dakarian, but I'm going to oppose this one.  There is theoretically an SK who wants to do whatever it takes to stay alive.  It will be to his advantage to pick the ripest targets, and we don't want to identify them for him.

@Vector: It's a bastard mod.  It's more of a puzzle/lesson in pain than a typical game.  The roles won't be randomized: at least not in the style we're used to. 

As for having that as a reason not to kill Web: that's exactly the WIFOM I'm trying to avoid.  My own version of this game was to give the town 10001 reasons NOT to kill web but, instead, have it so that the way to win really WAS to kill him.

Guessing whether Pandar will try to trick us by setting a trap or fool us by faking a trap will lead to the death of us.  We need information, facts, and ideas not based on fear. 

In fact, let me remove a few theories right now.  Mod.  Mind a vote count?

As for everyone that doesn't want web killed, what do you believe is the option that will best help us learn the rules of this game and, thus, how to truly win it?
