My bro Doug is dead, the guy he was trying to save turned out to be selling the group out all along, Lilly is gone, Duck got zombified (and then killed by his own father), and Kat committed suicide rather than kill Duck. God damn.

Just finished it. Now some invisible ninjas are cutting onions nearby and I think they stuck a sock down my throat. I can't even remember the last time a work of fiction - and a video game, of all things! - allowed ninjas to affect me so much.
