Know the feeling. I just slept 14 hours and feel quite depresses as usual. You seem sad often, haven't you reached the point yet where it's just commonplace to be sad and rare to be happy? I hardly take notice of myself anymore I just ghost on so to speak.

I have been increasingly depressed for over 4 years now, I've come to accept that depression is my natural state of mind.

As I understand it, depression is nothing more than that bitch, Mother Nature's, way of telling you that you are no longer needed (or wanted) for the continuation of your species. Now how does your body know when to get depressed? Because you subconsciously tell it to. Don't think of your goal as trying to "get over it" but rather find reasons to tell mother nature that you are worth it.

Note that there are many outliers that don't quite follow this, (some of which may require medical attention) but it seems to me that the above methodology would still hold practical use.

Just my two cents.

Edit: I've been struggling with depression for a few years now, and have recently found that when I get to that extreme low point, (I usually get a very hollow feeling in my chest) thinking of things that make me angry can help pull me out of it. I'm still experimenting with this, and wouldn't recommend trying it if you plan on doing something like driving. Anger differs from person to person.  ;)

I know very well that I'm wanted and needed for the continuation of my species.  Still depressed, though =/  Just for now, though, I hope.

It's more of a subconscious thing, though. Perhaps having someone you can really trust would help, eh?  :)
It's the little things that count.

Edit: Not saying that the big things don't count...

I have a high C in General Chemistry right now. This will not help my GPA, this needs to be remedied.

So, every time I try something multiplayer with Iceball, he gets sent to bed right as I've got it all figured out.
Damn you Hamachi and your Network Adapter errors!

Today was Minecraft.
Before was Hisoutensoku.
As for Hamachi, it always seems I troubleshoot on the wrong end.
If mine isn't working, I try to get theirs working and vice versa.

I'm supposed to LIKE this time of the night. It's so quiet and relaxing...

But so lonely... ;~;
