Wow, there are more than one race of barbarian? That makes three so far in my count (supposed desert cavalry, mermen in the sea, murloks on the coast). Besides, all we truly need is some place we can fortify in (the cave suitable for the God of Caves) and then send out representatives to gather our strength. Its so simple, dunderheads.

Merpeoples wouldn't be very good at fighting.  But free food! Anywhere near the ocean! Nigh Unlimited ocean travel!

You decide to skirt the desert and move down the coast. Several times you see coalition scouts, but they do not come near. Soon you see the ocean upon the horizon, and you move down the coast. About now the scouts are not seen again, a few days later you see upon the horizon a town, a small village nestled upon the coast.

Could this town be the reason the scouts backed off?

Is it possible that the coalition army has stopped following you, out of fear for the barbarians?

Find somewhere to set up camp.  Preferably well outside the village, but close enough to walk in 4 hours.

Grek Plan
Phase 1: Dwarves & Titan make temporary camp by digging out a small underground cavern inside a hill. While they do this, we go to the seaside barbarian village along with our preist. We will say that we are  Ozymandias, King Of Kings, God of Caves, Wizard, Etc. and that the preist is our preist. We have been sent to conquer this world and lead the Chosen People to victory over their foes in the name of the All-Mighty Armok.
Phase 2: They are going to want some proof of this. Preform a "ritual" on the hill in which your followers are camped. Say that you intend to summon forth the Titan from the Cave. Be sure to pronounce this with italics. When the "ritual" is finished, our titan bursts forth from the earth and raises his arms to the sky dramatically.
Phase 3: Tell them that they are to be the first tribe of the Chosen People and that they will be led against their nearest foe and that we will crush them utterly.
Phase 4: Crush them utterly.

I agree with you Grek, except after we have converted the village to the one true faith we must send scouts to find Murlok allies! But seriously, we need more time in preparing our forces. Would be nice to have a fighting force, including our religious followers who will act as the backbone of our army.

Greks plan + the obvious addition of asking them if they have seen any of the following:
Desert cavalry
Steppe cavalry
Grassland cavalry
Boat-faring warriors (viking-like)
Non-elfish aquatic sentients
Some other form of cavalry
