Are you sure it's not possible to have the enders immune to heat?  My dracon race is completely unharmed by magma even with temp on but have a normal temperature otherwise.

Heres the creature raw  I bolded what I think makes them immune to magma.(didn't work in code tags)The important parts have arrows.

Their clothing still catches on fire, and if they spend a long time in the magma they will take on the same heat level as the magma(creating cool looking flame lines if they go outside in grass after) but as long as they don't spend a really long time gathering heat they should not heat up.

EDIT2: I know [STANDARD_FLESH] overwrites those values. I also think Homeotherm may cause them to slowly revert to their normal body temperature(what homeotherm is set at) after a sudden temp change like a magma dip but I never got around to testing it to be certain.

Greiger: It is possible to make them immune to heat. But I believe the catch is that everything around them catches fire. As I said, these most recent versions have a bug where if the race isn't an enemy, they will come trade with you as friendlies. Friendlies that set things on fire aren't very nice.

Spoggerific: You could try. Just don't change the original goblin name when replacing it with the new and it might work. Or it might not.

People seem to be actually able to kill Enders. I think we need an upgrade. Something that keeps a !!Giant Flying Adamantine Cave Spider!! as a pet.

This is a pretty cool mod, though I'm kind of annoyed right now because in my new fort a terrifying goblin thief just snuck in and dominated 5-6 workshops before I managed to kill him.

It can still die though. It's hard (very, very hard), but possible. Keep in mind I haven't tested this in the newer versions though, so some of the tags might be outdated.

I don't think it can... you can try replacing the goblins creature in your raws with the ones here, but I doubt it'll work.

You do realise that all of these goblins are using the same weapons as vanilla.
Imagine a human fighting something with a grain of rice. That's what ender goblins looks like fighting with vanilla weapons.

Mod in a few huge size weapons for these bigger, better goblins to use. It might possibly make them even more deadly.

Maybe if the enders could also could shoot silk and have a poisonous bite it would be tougher, and it would probably be fun to try and collect "Ender Goblin Silk"

true, but it might just make them even more deadly. So long as the weapons did several thousand damage. Besides, they seem to be using weapons anyways, so giving them better weapons = harder to kill.

Also, if you ever managed to survive a siege by them, imagine what the weapons would be like in weapon traps. A sword the size of a truck descending on that poor unlucky kobold theif.

Well, you need to change all of the sizes to 6 or dwarves can't use them :D

I agree with Urist. Steampunk is like Darth Vader winning Holland's Next Top Model. It would be awesome but not something I'd like in this game.
Unfortunately dying involves the amputation of the entire body from the dwarf.
