You make a brief return to your lair with the surviving pigs and let them loose in the area around your lair's entrance. They immediately start to run free, but it isn't as if you can't easily track them down. Some sort of mortal swineherd might be a useful investment in future, though, if you plan to make a habit of this. Speaking of habits, you decide not to make a habit of livestock raiding the kobold homesteads. Not just yet, anyway.
You've been stalking through musty old passages for too long. Time to cause some trouble here on the surface world. You consider your options.
First and foremost, there is the shrine near Igrylligus. You slew the Bloat King's daughter there, Phragmita, She of the Reeds, but not the spit lizard colony. On the one hand, the fact that the shrine still stands is an everpresent reminder of your defeat. On the other hand, the Bloat King suggested that he would replace Phragmita with someone more potent, and you can certainly expect some other defences or surprises as an obvious target.
Next, there is the possibility of hunting one of the Bloat King's other daughters. He must have other shrines, perhaps some more remote or even those near the other two villages, likely tended over by other monstrous children. You could seek one of those out, slay the guardian and topple it to make a point.
Third, you could try and find a powerful mortal champion or hero and slay them, either in glorious combat or through skulduggery. You don't currently know of any, but you could always stalk the mortal villages in search of one or abduct some travellers and interrogate them.
Finally, you could search the swamps for some sort of powerful roving beast or monster. No doubt there are deadly and terrible creatures out there like yourself, worthy challenges to pit yourself against.
A) It's time for Round 2 at the Igrylligus shrine. Bloat King, I'm coming for you!
B) Let's show the Bloat King we're no pushover. Push over one of his other shrines.
C) Hunt down a suitable mortal champion to put the fear of you into the kobolds of these swamps.
D) Seek out a powerful and deadly beast living in the swamps, to thrill your hunter's instincts.
E) Something else?
