B Territory is nice. With prophecy seemingly on our side, we're not waiting for our rightful lands because he "might negotiate." If the roll goes "well" he might actually agree to a deal, and then we'd have a bit more money and no (immediate) casus belli against this oathbreaking jerk.

Oh, I misread it as he's trying to buy our lands - my bad.

I am still, however, unsure if we are ready for war - didn't we just recently loan out soldiers? We don't have our full military might to bring to bear.

At last count our army was at 6 and there's been nothing that would reduce it to my knowledge since then. So... We're actually sitting pretty good on military strength. We've gotten the bits of the army we sent to the north back, and although those to the west are still out there, I think that's been already counted in our total of 6 (heck, they might even be a potential reserve force we could call on if 6 isn't enough, although that'd piss off the people we loaned them too)
