Using the loudhailer, shout at the train occupants about the unholy hatred of the gods and the meaninglessness of existence in German, Italian and Slavic

Spoiler (click to show/hide)
[2]
You shout a series of words. They are mostly german words, though they are rather randomly arranged and mostly the names of food or animals. Its  probably pretty confusing for the germans, if nothing else.

"STRUDEL!"

Yeah, my mistake. Luckily you didn't fall off the tank you weren't on so we can just transfer that terrible jump over and assume it was from the tree instead.

Though now you have a chance of being run over by the tank....

But that still leaves us with a mystery! After all, if the old terrible jump
Quote
[1] You miss entirely, slam into the metal cattle car and bounce off behind  the tank. [4v3] You sit up and shake your head, dazed but uninjured.

Was replaced with a new terrible jump, then what, pray tell, happened to this:
Quote
[5] You ignore the jostling of the tank and make a flying leap towards the last armored car.

As you can see, somewhere in the transfer a 5 was lost somehow. What happened to that 5 peedubs? Where did it go? Did it disappear?
Was it eaten? Is there a rogue pentaphage on the loose? Is it still out there? Does it still hunger?

Is it coming for us?

Spoiler: Radioman (click to show/hide)
Are you implying that you want to transfer the original 5 and make it your leap attempt? Because I'm fine with just putting you on the train along with the other 3.

((...Has a life penalty always affected attack rolls?  I thought only phys or metal affected rolls aside from injury.  And I don't recall wounds ever penalizing Simon before.  :\ ))

Lay back for a moment, now that Isabella is saved.  If life penalties don't affect first aid rolls, try and heal with a first aid kit.  If they do, just lay back and rest for now, there's no rush.

[5]
You restore 3 Life, bandaging yourself up and taking enough morphine to kill the worst of the pain.

One of these days, I'll hits those turrets...

Spoiler: Character Sheet (click to show/hide)
[1]

Hmmm. Well he didn't technically say "Shoot" as an action so...It would be irresponsible to put words in his mouth.

Hop on a cattle car
Spoiler: Carolina (click to show/hide)
[2]
You stand, watching the cars go past, and can't figure a good time to jump.

Bob pops up from the ground after falling from the speeding tank, and looks down at himself, surprised to see that he's neither perforated with lead, nor have any of his limbs been broken. However, his joy is short lived once he realizes that the first part could change real quick because someone decided to be trigger happy."Shoot the train not the ground! The train!" Bob shouts, completely ignoring the fact that few people could actually hear him.

Try to keep moving and maybe get behind the tank so as not to be shot at, then try to board the cattle cars when they get close.

Spoiler (click to show/hide)
I was missed, I'd like to do this
[6]
You leap and get hold of on of the cattle cars...kind of. Your hands pass through the slats in the car and you land with all your bodyweight on your wrists and elbows. Your right arm holds out but your left dislocates at the elbow. You manage to stay on the cattle car but boy howdy does it hurt [-1 life, -1 physical]

Try to get on the train, and help then open the door if possible.
Spoiler (click to show/hide)
[1]
You leap towards the train but slip and end up falling right onto the tracks. [1] You attempt to get off the tracks before the car's wheels find you, but you can't make it in time. [2-2 v 7]

Jimmy gets cleanly sliced into 3 sections under the train, severed legs and head flying out to either side while the torso bounces down the track.

Get up and sprint towards the place where the train coupled and look for an train engine to steal. Only then will I be able to give chase and joust like a real knight.

Spoiler: Finalized Sheet (click to show/hide)
Wait, are you saying you want to run back to the nazi occupied train yard and steal a train car before driving it back to crash into the other train?

Denver motions for Tala to be silent, then holds up his smoke grenade and motions towards the door. While also holdong his knife. He then puts them up and grabs an entrenching tool.

Have Gwen and Tala cover me, and pry open the door with one of our entrenching tools. Once the door is open, throw smoke, let it fill, and dive in below waist height. Start stabbing.

Spoiler: Denver Gaunt (click to show/hide)
Pull up any incoming jumpers, then go shoot some nazis in the face once the door is open.
Spoiler: Gwen Howell (click to show/hide)
Seeing Gwen (Hotfire)'s lack of explosive weaponry, and Denver's (Doomblade) shiny as heck medal, Tala suggested to the latter to grab her shovel (or lockpicks) and use it to pry that door open.

She provides overwatch against any gunperson aiming to shoot them off, or any danger--and tries to help pull anyone else trying to get on, prioritizing covering Denver if someone else is doing the helping. Also if her concentration can handle it, speaks in German or other European languages to try and persuade the ...presumed people below us to open the hatch
Tala nodded at Denver's signal as she prepared herself for both pulling anyone else, and shooting some attacking enemy.

Spoiler: My Sheet (click to show/hide)
[2][4][2]
Gwen and Denver can't get the door open but Tala manages to pry it the rest of the way open. The lock fails with a screech and the door flies open hard, slamming against the inside wall.
[6]
Denver tosses in a smoke grenade and follows right behind it, giving it little time to fill the room. [2] The interior of the first train car is basically nothing but a thin hallway with cubicle like sections holding machinegun turrets. He moves through, checking each turret one after another. Many already have bullet holes  and dead gunners in them, but the rest he dispatches quickly and quietly, jamming the knife through the backs of their heads or into their throats in rapid succession until he reaches the end of this train engine and the empty control room. The first of three engines down, however making it to the next one is gonna require climbing over the top of this engine and dropping down...or blowing out the front window of this engine.

Perhaps. Yes. I shall conquer what is most likely an entire army base. Our task is to steal a train and I say we double down and steal TWO!

Is there any way we could disconnect the front three engines from the cattle cars? Is there any way we could get one of the big guns set up facing the engines in front of us? Do we need to kill the entire two cars in front of us? Make sure I don'tget smoked out.

"Arghhg, mother. . .fucking elbows!" Bob gritted his teeth, bracing himself for the pain.

Bob will attempt to climb along the train in the direction he thinks most likely to have entrances to the Nazi section. No use getting into the section with prisoners, they ain't gonna have any access.

My my, old chap, what ever gave you that idea? But now that you mention it, why yes, that'd be astronomical. A splendid idea indeed!

Once on the train, rendezvous with the others. Try to find a way we could decouple the wagons after the one we are on currently, so that at least the people in those wagons will be saved. And would there be a way to break with the decoupled wagons so they'll come to a stop earlier?

Also consider how many nazi guards would be in those wagons.

The radioman pipes up now that he recovered from his daydream about being on that tank for some reason, and opens up a radio channel to his team mates.

Ok well you start running. Place is several miles back so...its gonna be a minute till you reach it.

Yes, there are couplings between each engine and then between the rear engine and the cattle cars. You could use the guns on this car against the other cars sure, if thats what you mean.  No, if you sever them thats probably good enough.

You follow after the mad bastard, jogging along behind him.

Loot the dead nazis, check if they have any grenades on them, then go and break that window.
Spoiler: Gwen Howell (click to show/hide)
The nazis in here weren't well armed, just side arms and knives. You load up and get 3 magazines and 2 lugers and 4 knives.

[4] You use the point of the entrenching tool and a lot of elbow grease to hack, bash, and smash out the window of the train. It offers a rather cramped but passable doorway onto the back of the train engine ahead.

Spoiler (click to show/hide)
You carefully remove your damaged arm from the cattle car slit and proceed up the side of the car. Its not too hard, the horizontal slits act like the rungs of a ladder and you quickly clamber up to the roof. Once you get up there, you crouch walk along the tops of the cars, hopping carefully over the gaps until you reach the first engine and climb down to join the people already there.

I took priority in helping people onto the train right .-.; Because that's what I wanted to do...

Sadly everyone jumping now has already tried once and failed so they're not jumping from the tank onto the train, they're jumping from the ground onto the cattle cars. So you're not in position to help them.

You find the connection point between this engine and the long string of cattle cars behind it. It seems a simple mechanism for disconnection, just a great bit metal pin holding two overlapping metal clasps together.

Tala points out the decoupling mechanism and you can see a braking wheel on the top corner of the nearest cattle car.  Hard to say how many nazis are still on the cattle car sections of the train. Maybe none? Maybe a few dozen scattered around.

[1][5v6] You leap for the train and try to grab hold. Unfortunately you forget that you have a pistol in one hand and a book in the other so you just slam face first into the train car and bounce off like the silly sod you are.

[2] You try to help the weirdo on but fail as they squirm past and hurl themselves into the wall of a cattle car.
[5] Your attempt is much more successful and you catch hold of the slats of the car and pull yourself on.

"Heyo, friends! Anyone mind giving me some first aid? My elbow seems to not be working quite right." Bob addresses Radioman, Denver, and Tala as he hops down.

Consider whether there are any methods of entry into the armored engine cars ahead. Those and their machinegun slits may be useful! Also hope to get some small medical attention.

I'm still here I promise

do more tankey things. Load shells and machinegun spray, rinse and repeat until no more turrets are active. Unless of course, the tank crew bailed out and jumped on the train. In which case, LOOTIN' TIME! unless I have enemies to kill, in which case, start shooting the alerted ones and stabbing everyone who looks like they won't respond in time to fight back. Use the Luger 'til I'm out of ammo, and the Webley once I have to drop the Luger.
