You close your eyes and recite the same phrase again, but with more emphasis between the individual parts.
Suddenly, your entire body convulses with pain as you feel an odd sensation coming from some part of the chair. For the next minute, you're in complete agony. Eventually, it subsides and you're released from the chair, collapsing onto the floor. You Don't remember what happened next, but you wake up some period of time later back in your cell.

You really don't think you can handle much more of that. Hell, you may not even be able to keep yourself from giving them what they want. You weren't trained to resist torture.

Easy heres the plan, We say  "We have no clue what we're doing here we woke up after apparently losing a dogfight and found the colony ship and tried our damnedest to not die."


then when they're distracted we wait for them to take us back to our cell so they don't cook us alive in the chair.

Ok, I apparently need to pay better attention, Lets see if we can find a piece of lose metal or hard plastic in which to cut the wires in a attempt to unpower our cell door.

After some effort trying to subtly tear off a loose "piece" of the bunkbed, you succeed. Using this, well, this shiv, you very carefully make an incision in the loose wiring. You eventually end up with a small piece of wiring, and nothing has changed. Maybe the wiring was inactive?
Either way, you have some electrical wiring to use for one of its many famous prison-breaking properties. Hopefully.
