Before the ship launches, Mega runs up to just outside the ship and calls out to those inside before taking back off into the area she's supposed to be (aka not the hangar):
"Hey, there isn't room for me in there but make sure to keep them from colonizing those snail-guys for me? It wasn't pretty in history in Indonesia, and even without the anomaly and all it wouldn't be pretty there either!"
