I hope your muse keeps making demands, that was some quite good stuff.

Are we allowed to work Acts together to form an Act of the next highest level? I'm thinking as part of the cooperation thing, if we all donate an Act to the process, we'd have 1 Mighty Act to form a new world and have 2 Acts to start to fill it. From there we'd have a solid base to work on advancing and stabilizing the realm.

You can do that yes, but can't go beyond Mighty Acts by doing it.

Name: Sayyart
Roles: Oceans, Armaments
Symbol: A cannonball.
Appearance: An immense whale-like creature, Pizarro bears the fleeting remnants of the worlds and followers he has left behind. Ships of all kinds stick out from his hide with ghostly apparitions sometimes seen at their stations. Other parts of his body bear tentacles, fins, teeth, polyps and yet other features of long dead children and servants. Portions of his body are transparent, showing a bountiful sea within the whale's body.
Everything Else: Sayyart remembers much but must care not. She remembers the birth of her first world, her first children, but cannot recall their names. She remembers the terrors of the sailors that once crossed her domain and their ardent prayers once they reached port. She remembers the lovely maidens sacrificed in her name, but no longer felt the love she used to. It was all gone now, into the maw of the Devourer. To care for those departed would only trouble her, now Sayyart needed to be like the ocean storm; uncaring and strong so that one day, her children could survive in Eternity without fear of the True Death. Sayyart willed it.
Micelus, the Pizarro name and male gender used in Appearance was a mistake right? Wasn't sure if you're god had two names and was of fluid gender or if was just mistake.  :-\

Makes sense.

So let's talk about the world we want to make.

Current world on the table is Not-Earth. Any opposed? Are there specific ratios of land to water, types of land, types of water, that are wanted?

Presuming everyone chipping in an Act is agreed on, we'll have 2 Acts for editing the world or creating life. What should we do with them?

For the world, I'm good with skipping over the "everything is volcanos" step and for a varied environment. I'm also thinking of something like a 50-50 split land to water ratio. I don't know if a Mighty Act gets us some start up plants and animals but if not, we should probably set those up before introducing worshipers. We can use one of the Acts to make "Plants for the Sea" "Plants for the Land" and "Some Animals for Both" making sure that there's a solid amount of growth available for all animals and sapient omnivores. That leaves one Act to make 6 population units of worship capable life to start us up.

Are gods able to share worshippers? Like if we set up a pantheon and introduced ourselves as one unit, would we be able to all get 6 units of worshippers, or does it need to be sole devotion to get the benifits?

...I may have forgotten to edit that after I changed the god. Sayyart is female and is only called Sayyart. Oops.

The planet will develop some life, but it takes time and won't be a large amount generally, so it's recommended to seed some life. If only to outcompete any potential nothing-creatures.

You can set up pantheon worship, but that would just divide the worship income of the race up into 5 pieces. If perfectly balanced, 5 equal pieces, but worship ratios would be likely to skew a lot over time.

So possible, but basically means that we'd need 5 times the population to get the same results. We can probably worry about that once we get things set up.

We decided to set up a Ragnarok channel on the Theatre of the Void discord server if anyone wants to use it. The main advantage for me is I get an alert on the tab if someone says something. Not compulsorily or anything, and I'll try to provide quotes of anything particularly relavent I may say there periodically.

Well mobile discord doesn't work so well for invites apparently. I'll try to work it out later.

I'm going to assume it costs an Act to uplift an already existing species to sapience and worship of a god, same as creating one from scratch.

So it occurs to me people might want the moon to only teach some of the mortals on a planet. It's perfectly possible to negotiate something like that with Agon instead of his base offer.
