Well, time to make a template I might use later.
Magic based around good intentions and healing.
Sleeve Arts is a magic fueled by good intent and good mood. It can be used in foul mood, making the effect harmful rather than healing, but that is forbidden by Sleeve.
It's based around healing, rejuvenating, and alchemy. But it holds very little power alone, it's meant to augment already existing medical knowledge.
As the user becomes better, they may even reach the point where they can heal with magic alone, but that's limited to the high levels.
At middle levels, the user becomes able to change size slightly, at will. This will occur involuntarily at first, but they can get a solid grasp on it in time.
At high levels, wings will emerge from the back of the user, they can be retracted, but they will appear whenever they use high level Sleeve Arts.
However, if in a foul mood, their size will decrease, and their wings will disappear. The better they are, the smaller they become. At high levels, their eyes will start to glow red.
But if they're in a really good mood, then they become radiant, and their power will increase. The higher the level, the more radiant. Though if they have wings, their radiance is mostly concentrated in the wings. But they also can't get rid of the wings when they are in such a mood. At medium levels, they will even have spectral wings appear.
At low levels, the effect is slight. Bandages absorb a little more blood, wounds heal about a tenth faster, poison however, is healed twice as fast, though medicine is still recommended, to speed it up further.
When it comes to poison, the effect is always stronger.
Medium levels make treatment much more efficient, bandages will stop anything but the most severe bleeding, and even then, some stitching and salve might do the trick. People will feel better the moment they're treated. Disease and poison are very quickly treated. If given medicine, they will stop worsening in but a few hours, and make a recovery from even the worst ills, in a month or two (though that is severe illness).
High levels make them able to cure the most severe wounds with bandages and salves. But they can also cure small wounds with touch alone. They can even sew limbs back on, and have them work within a week. Their blood also gain the power to completely cure just about any disease and poison within an hour. And with regular medicine, they can stop worsening within 10 minutes, and a day or tow after, they will have fully recovered.
Reaching low level takes about 3 years, reaching medium level takes about 6 years after that, and reaching high level takes about 15 years after that.
Though a powerful resolve can make you go faster. At really powerful resolve, it may take 3 months for low, 1.5 years for medium, and 7 years for high.
It also takes resolve to reach a higher level, the higher you wish to go, the more resolve it requires.
Oh, and I also wonder if this magic art is okay, and how much it would cost to make it.
