This floor is a colossal, luxurious palace with an intricately decorated golden throne in the middle that an elderly Nigerian prince sits upon, interfacing with an old IBM ThinkPad on his lap.  He knows that his days are numbered, and, as he has no living descendants, he decided to do one last act of charity by selecting a single lucky individual that will inherit all of the monarch's wealth upon his passing.  Unfortunately, he is unable to find anyone willing to pay the small shipping fee of $1000.

This floor is a lounge filled with people who are very bad at counting.

This floor has some people who actually checked what floor they were on, based upon what numbering errors happened over the last hundred floors, or so (but 'allowed' a couple of merely repeated floors to stand, and a 0.5 floor). They actually  think that the true floor from the very bottom should maybe be 2210, but they think it's too much hassle to fully audit tHe entire tower so far to rule out null-spaces along the way.

This floor houses Castle Anthrax, which is full of maidens waiting for someone to come and give them a spanking.

This floor things of an unspeakable nature, and things no one has ever wanted to see, but it's all on display here as this floor is completely made of glass.

This floor is otherwise a completely normal apartment complex, except that the floor is glass. All the residents have gone insane after seeing the things on the floor below.
