Exactly what type of electronics are made is hard to tell, since most of the machines are either damaged or deranged, spitting electric arcs at anything in a twenty-foot radius with surprising accuracy. Naturally, it also contains a number of corpses and smells noticeably ionized.

This floor houses a chapter house of the International Spiritist Federation. Offices have mediums who communicate (or try to) with spirits of the deceased from the floors below and beyond. Ouija boards can be found all around the place.

This floor contains a scale model replica of the skyscraper on a table. It has moving parts that correspond to every living and undead inhabitant, representing their location in real time.
