This is a good floor.  The ground is littered with feather tree yolks.  Remains of fairies, pixies, and fluffy wamblers are strewn all about.  Several dead dwarves are laying on the ground.  Nearby are a group of unicorns, their horns drenched in blood.  The unicorns are agitated…

This floor contains a village. Recently dwarf in torn and bloody clothing came to them, all shaking in terror, and after guzzling enough beer to knock out an elephant explained how blood-thirsty unicorns have made the good floor below their unholy lair and are ready to kill all...

Now the villagers are gathering their scythes and pitchforks, lighting up torches and are ready to slay any equine coming near their homes (in fact, they already butchered all their horses just in case they were unicorns in disguise).

This floor is home to a mad scientist who built a machine was supposed to combine man and horse to create a super soldier but instead created centaurs, the scientist being disgusted by the presence of the centaurs and how they reminded him of his failures he banished them to the floor below with his other failure which resulted in horses with horns on their heads.
