Transformation time! Then find the nearest village (whether it's a monster village or a human one, doesn't matter). I've got a plan. Actually, no. Let's do that later. Right now, let's follow the black mass some more.

Appearance : A tall, pale man. His grey hair reaches his shoulders and is rather lazily tied into a ponytail. His reddish-grey eyes feel as if they can pierce right through you. His fangs are elongated and seem extremely sharp. He wears black clothes fit for a nobleman, with some purple accents here and there. An arming sword hangs at his side. As you take another look at him, you find yourself unable to turn away from his now blood-red eyes.

Skills gained : Blood of the Impaler - This is the spell Caedan uses when he needs something dead so badly that he doesn't care if he spills blood. It creates a field of sharp spikes made of what looks to be crystallized blood. The spell is designed to be hard to dodge due to the sheer amount of spikes coming out of the ground. It also works pretty well against groups.
Traits/Skills rerolled : Vampire -> Elder Vampire - Caedan is an elder vampire, and gains all advantages and disadvantages that come from being such a creature. He has matured enough as a vampire to be able to create thralls by feeding someone with his blood. Thralls are intensely loyal to their creator and become more physically capable due to their transformation. They do need to drink their master's blood every now and then, or they will perish. This also means that creating too many thralls may end up badly for the vampire, if he plans to keep them around. If the transformation into a thrall goes awry, it becomes much more like a monster and develops an intense craving for flesh.

The journey unfolds peacefully, nothing dangerous disturbing the large school of sharks. You gaze at the scenery during the travel.
A vast unending sea of golden sand, stretching beyond the horizon. You notice how different the outside world is compared to the ancient records : there should have been forests, plains and lakes all over the place. Sometime though, an oasis or two can be seen, like a small island in this sea of sand.
A few hours later, the sand desert stops and a rocky ground replaces the sand. The sharks emerge from the sand and begin crawling really fast on the ground. You notice how their underbelly is full of strong muscles and how strong their skin seems. They are moving like snakes.
"Our journey ends soon, what about yours ? Aren't you stopping here ?"

You try to enter Vagush wounds, wriggling yourself with effort inside it. But it is to small and you can't manage to progress. You actually have the feeling you are going to injure him if you try even further.

Even so, it probably won't make much of a difference, someone needs to try and hold this thing back for a bit. There's no time for rituals either.
Open Nihil's coffin and tell him to run to the west, then tell delinde to run to the east. You confront the huge thing and try to use an empowered fear aura on the thing to try and stop it for a bit.
[2] By accessing the memories of Delinde, Nihil understands what you intend to do.
"Are you sure you are going to do that ? I may be wrong but I'm not sure it will work. This thing is only a body without a mind. Fear is an emotion, wouldn't it fail ?"
You tell him it will be okay, and order him to run to the West. As for Delinde, you tell her to run in the opposite direction. But Delinde rejects your proposition :
"Nihil can't leave me, I'm his anchor. If he were to get too far, the "World balance mechanisms" will detect him and activate."
Okay then, you let them leave West, not before they bid you good luck. You also try to ignore them pleading you to come with them. But when you point out the speed of this thing, they shut straight and acquiesces silently.
You head toward your fate, standing proud and strong in face of an incoming black wall of death.
Raising your hands toward the sky and making a lot of needless gestures, you shouts :

It is hard to breath, and talking is painful. So you listen to Astrosa explaining everything about her.
"I am a Crimson Brisarane, I underwent my 5th transformation a few days ago. You must have realized, but my physical strength is not to be underestimated."
"This strange substance flying around me actually is two different substances mixed together. See."
The blood-red gown separates itself, revealing a red side and a black side.
"I can separate them further, but I don't want to be naked.
The black one is the Great Gown of the Brisaranes, I can alter its form and generally use it as an armor. The red one is the Arsenal of the Brisaranes, I can give it the form of any weapons I want, and make it solid and sharp at will."
She walks around you, looking at the sky and sometimes glancing at your wound.
"My main other skills are the following : "Strength in Suffering", which empowers me depending on my physical pain, and "Know my Pain" which mirrors my pain in my targets.
Oh, and sometime I snap during battle, this is linked to a trait I have..."
She keeps talking, and stops circling around. She is now tending at your wound, replacing your broken ribs as she speaks, without caring if she is hurting you or not.
"I am rather vulnerable toward magic. I fight head on with my body, magic and the like is not my cup of tea."

Species: Uncanny Unreasonably Spooky Scary Skeleton -stage 2-
Appearance: Dahak now sports a slightly elongated upper skull, with a second pair of baleful eye sockets above his other ones. His shoulders, arm and hand bones have grown thicker and elongated. He seems a bit taller overall, and his entire self seems surrounded in a smoky aura of sorts. His teeth are now both longer and sharper, for whatever reason. He's certainly spookier then before. He also seems to have gained new memories.
He has a badass worn out cape and a scabbard with a holy dagger.

Appearance: Delinde has the appearance of a medium-sized girl wearing a white coat with a black hood. She wears a white mask, and has some kind of robe under her coat. Behind her mask is hidden a surprisingly human face with a skin as pure as snow. Only her eyes are strange, as hey eyeballs are white and her irises black. Her hairs are silvery and silky, tied in a neat ponytail.
