Thoughts on a massclaim?
Well, we know that everyone that isn't one of the already-known outsiders/allies is going to claim town. Unless there are people that can confirm player's claimed actions it's a little pointless at the moment.
Uh, I mean massclaim = claiming what people did :v

The Fell Dragon, Grima.
(Auto) Endgame Boss: The rest of the abilities in this role do not function until the start of the fourth day.
(Day) SILENCE, MORTAL [target]: You kill the target. This ability does not function while another ability is in play.
(Night) I AM THE END [Target]: You kill the target.
(2-shot, Night) YOU CANNOT SLAY WHAT MAY NEVER DIE: You come back to life. This functions only when you are dead.

The FHPBYOR2 Role That Puts People Up For Replacement Instead Of Killing Them
(Auto) Should you Kill: Any kill attempt you make gives the player 4 temporary infractions that expire at the end of the next day phase.

As for what I plan to do with them... selectively disabling the powers of people I think are scum seems pretty useful. Forcing someone to get modkilled also seems useful. So I'll probably do that.
How's about me forcing you into a standzone where if-you-are-cult, it is prevented by an order of logic?

You kill the person dictated in the set of people who probably-aren't-the-cult-leader. :3

Why I say so is because
1. I fail math.
[2 mafia]+[2 cult] = 4 scum.
(Yeaaah I'm dum >_>)
But that hilariously means 3 town and 1 Outsider :v and I'm sure as fish that I'm town [barring a role I have that makes me silly :V]

But anyway. Logic time.
There are 9 players here. (Maybe barring yourself since you see 8? :V).
I'm grouping them into the roles we initially know, to seek out the C. Lead.

Tawarochir = ?
TheDarkStar = ?
The Moonlit Shadow = Possibility due to not having posted yet :v
Tiruin = I acted last night on Tawarochir; if I'm suspected to be the cult leader, that means I'm tied with him--I however have BLOCKED his [unconventional] action and he must have received a note from that, so awaiting his notice.
4maskwolf = ?
Shakerag = ?
Teneb = ?
Deus Asmoth = Is Grima. Can Daykill. Then the dude that gets killed has infractions.

TolyK (II) = Cannot act; is not cult leader [unless hilarity means he can act despite being infraction'd.]
Hector13 (I) = Outsider.
*FallacyOfUrist has not come back to life? Is TolyK the reviver then? [since he can't act and nobody has been revivified] :V

You have 7 choices.
...Which means everyone but Hector. Since everyone but me didn't claim what they did last night :V

That, or you kill the NPCs and we see what role they've got. (Which would help a TON if a massclaim is a yes).

I win if Ragshake (or rather, Shakerag's Evil Twin) does not win. There seems to be an implicit "regardless of if you are alive or dead", but I'm not sure.

Flabort did cross out town-ally before naming me an outsider, so... Perhaps I need town to win too? That one is speculation though.

Seeing as I can't sleep again:

My wincon remains removing Ragshake from the game.
Why aren't you a lyncher then?
Also do you agree with the massclaim? Since [from my perspective] that seems the best way (even in the face of the mafia) to get coordinated here.

Massclaim at this point is... unpredictable, I think. 4mask has given us a list of roles, arguably confirmed when flabort admitted making a mistake in the number of townies. However, bastard kinda game, so the list may not be accurate, or 4mask is not town, the latter being exacerbated by 4mask's penchant for the gambit, so it may not actually be useful as a guideline.

Assuming it is: we know I'm the outsider, and Tumbleweed is town-ally, meaning there are 11 alignments up for grabs, and 4 anti-town players to grab them. Doesn't seem like terribly good odds for the town.

PPE: fuck it, ignore the previous two paragraphs :P PFP so no changes.

Massclaim as you suggest would be not useful at this point I think. 80 roles in the game with God knows what abilities attached split among... 10 actual players and a handful of NPCs? Even though we know my roles and DAs, there's still a ridiculous amount of room for someone to fabricate a role. If my suspicions of Tumbleweed being an investigation magnet are true, then we can't even rely on watchers/trackers or the like to confirm any particular claim :o

I'm presently bemused by DA's voting of Tiruin. I can't see that being a serious vote given he's basically saying "I have nothing but a likely flawed statistical analysis based on an incomplete data set and many, many assumptions to support my vote on Tiruin."

Like, seriously bro?
There're stuffs like pressure voting :P I've in my notebook that people do that sometimes to initiate conversation with others especially when the context is lacking.

Anything of content for him there?

Anything for the rest of us?

Mmm... Having thought about it a bit, it doesn't seem like a very good pressure vote for two reasons:

1. The purported reason for the vote was tremendously easy for the votee to dismiss it, which kinda defeats the purpose of putting pressure on someone.

b) You've been probably the most active player (haven't checked, but I read lots of your posts) so it should be - relative to all us lurky bastards - quite easy to get a read on you. The pressure would thus be better served on one of the other five implied suspects.

Might also be some distancing going on between you two. /thorough

Sorry for poking massclaim (I was thinking exactly that as above, but thought 'massclaim' instead of 'action claim')

Sure, I'd distance myself from someone who started the game as town. :P (Also I did some thinking back there and decided to indulge a baseline that Flabort won't bring in bastard-y roles that 'show {x} alignment on roleflip [but actually {y} alignment!]'), so it's pretty much why I didn't VOTE DA but instead fingered him--because he is not Mafia, and in the least "could" be cult.

At least you're thinking about advancing the game. Some town-cred there regardless of your alignment :P

I'm sure someone claimed an ability to force flips to be true. I'd check but... phone and tired unsleep :( I think it was TDS or DA. Maybe Tolyk...

Searchword: Roleflips
Day 1 "daykill" {Deus Asmoth}
Day 1 End
Night 1 End/Day 2 Skip {NQT/Hector13}
Night 2 End {FallacyOfUrist}
Day 3 End {Ragshake}
Night 3 End {No mention of disappearing Ragshake; Hello 2 new NPCs}

This post'll have the Flabort-post-roleflip-links since they're unavailable on the OP :O

At least you're thinking about advancing the game. Some town-cred there regardless of your alignment :P
Player-cred, really. :P
I'm thinking everyone else is scum (or at least CULT SCUM) because I've got little to nothing on nuuuubuddy, and because discussion is about roles and ???

I'm sure someone claimed an ability to force flips to be true. I'd check but... phone and tired unsleep :( I think it was TDS or DA. Maybe Tolyk...
Oh, thanks for cuing my memory.
...I somehow find myself agreeing with that but when using the searchengine, can't find a post that supports it.
Maybe it's just my memory o_O

Also nudging you, TDS. You're a very important natural person here. (And then TDS was cult leader because he survived past N1 :P)
Anyway, my set of roles appears to be some kind of giant joke - I'm unkillable and can't win until killed and I prevent a bunch of other things from happening.

(TDS, right?) claimed an "accurate inspection for everyone" role.

No, it just forces roleflips to be accurate.

Tolyk
Right. Assuming that 4mask is telling the truth (would anyone be opposed to me giving him enough infractions to get him modkilled so that we can check if he's [still] town?) then the cult is actually capable of converting people after all. So it might be worth claiming if anyone blocked someone during night 1 and/or 2 but not 3 so that we can try to get rid of the leader before this becomes an issue.
Oh so it was you?
-.-
Nope, my infractions come in fours. My role has already flipped, you know. This shouldn't be a shock.
Right. Ugh.

flabort, if an NPC is given four infractions, can they be replaced by a PC?
o.O
I... guess...
This deserves some attention, IMO.
Flabort:
1) If a PC is replaced, can they still post in quicktopics?
2) Does their replacement get their infractions replaced?
3) Can a replaced player replace the player that replaced them?
4) If a player is modkilled (via 6 infractions), can they be revived?
5) If (4) happens, do they end up with 0 infractions and have their powers work?
6) If a player is killed and they end up with 0 infractions and their powers would cause them to not die, what exactly happens?
7) Can dead players take non-targeted actions?
8) Is this too many questions? :P

The smiley was intentional I believe? :v

But yeah. Day chat has been going on and it's more banter than scumhunting.

Or me overreacting to a short time passing. Will make a full re-read later on. [Though given the lack of a lurkertracker, I'm really feeling that Tawarochir, 4maskwolf, Shakerag must post more when able, please.]

DA: Content with your vote on me?
(It's like nobody saw me asking reads)

Thoughts on the massclaim?
I think it may be time.

I think your phone broke the text :P Hello triple post!

Alright just PFP'ing here (sleep. morning post later).

Flabort: Made a few mistakes, but doing pretty good as far as 80 roles are concerned IMO. Don't know if we can believe him, however.
Anything he did catch your eye? Expound on what you mean by the last sentence, thanks.

Re: D1 alignment list: D1 there were three mafia, one cult, one town-ally, two outsiders, and rest town.  There has never been a jester on my list.

Also, I may as well tell you all some of the other things I know: Tumbling Tumbleweed is an inspection magnet, or else someone has an inspection-magnetizing power and continually uses it on Tumbleweed, but I have an auto that allows me to get around that.

I meant the 'Shakerag confirmed town' part.
Where did you get that from? I have proven repeatedly my ability to overlook things, but I saw no indication that Shakerag is confirmed town. Right now, we only have perhaps OSG as confirmed town (DA might've been converted).

On the topic of OSG, I figured out how he vanished. He'll be back N4, I think. How do I know that? I am the "role exchanger" both him and Tiruin commented on. I can trade any role of my to a random role of a target. The one I traded to OSG had a one-shot night action that takes the user out of the game for one night and one day. I also have another power that lets me get the powers I traded back. Last night I tried to get it back, since I wanted to use it N4, but he went and made it mostly useless.

On the matter of role-trading, the one Tiruin has prevents her from having her alignment revealed on death. She also had the only daykill in the game (now mine, but I can't use it today).

I suppose you could lynch me to make me confirmed town (I'd come back to life), but that would be a waste of a lynch.

Now that I think about it, DA was killed D1 and Tiruin had the only daykill (it says on the role it is the only daykill, if you are wondering), so...

Tiruin: Why did you daykill DA in D1?

Flabort once said that Shakerag was confirmed town.

DA died from opening the box or Orden. Seems kinda hard to miss, if you went back.
Could you quote or at least say where Flabort confirmed Shakerag?

DA did die and roleflipped. But he's been alive for one night, and in that night there was a cult conversion. It could've been him, or anyone else but Hector (there is still an outsider).

Actually, he was revived on D4. So he wasn't actually alive last night. So it's not him.
No, he didn't. He revived D2 (brief as it was). Look. DA even corrected me about it:
No, I'm alive now. What is dead may never die and all that.

And here's where Flabort said that: http://www.bay12forums.com/smf/index.php?topic=155426.msg6815971#msg6815971
I hope it is true (bastard game an all), but okay.
