[Round 3: 39+7+3+1+2=52 vs TN: 80, Fail] Eng understands some of how the Gem-tech works. It uses a mix of vibration, Harmonics, and Resonance to allow the gems to communicate and preform functions. He thinks he can replicate this with fiber optics and some silica crystals or faceted glass.

ENG would study it for roughly seven more rounds to make sure he can confirm his theories and suspicions, And start drafting a design for a crystal network tap.
