The suggestion was to make it something like this:

Rebuff [Passive - Level 4]: Citrine negates 8 damage that would be dealt to her during the turn.

Because having it as you do, or even as you suggest, would be something you trade every perk for.

@TBF, Nerfing time on Parry Dodge Block. Tourmaline has a perfect example of what you want to do that isn't OP or broken, and It's level 4. Her's is:

Rebuff [Passive - Level 4]: Tourmaline negates 8 damage that would be dealt to her during the turn.

Granted it only works on the first 8 damage and I'm honestly thinking of buffing it. Anyways, either copy Rebuff, or lower Parry Dodge Block to a more reasonable amount.

In other words, you may as well remove Parry Dodge Block and respec if that's the only nerf available to you.

Basically. As it is, or as you suggest TBF, that's something that might be a bit balanced if it were something you traded several perks for.

Or just focus 6AR's build  less on countering and more on Mind Trick. Seriously, that's an amazing Action. It lets you redirect damage to Pseudo-Tanks like Chryssa who have normally no way of forcing foes to target them, or to just outright force a foe to attack straight into a Parry or Interception. It's arguably one of the best battlefield control Actions we currently have.

Well firstly, determine whether or not you want to keep Counter, because 6AR will be far less durable, and unlike other Pseudo-Tanks, lacks any real way to survive damaging Status Effects or RES-Piercers.

Next determine what you want its new build to focus more on.

My suggestion: remove the regen entirely, or drop the pool to (DEX) and bring regen down a bit. Or, remove the regen and make it into an upgrade on a basic defense instead of a passive.

EDIT: Also possibly add a clause stating that it doesn't affect/has a lessened effect on things that couldn't reasonably be parried, dodged, or blocked, e.g. a missile strike.

So a nerfed Kinetic Shell? You might as well just make that a Basic Defense upgrade then, since Basic Defense already does something similar.
