It's really because "The Force works in mysterious ways", a direct quote from 6AR, conflicts with asking the Force questions every few seconds like it's Google.

Obviously 6AR comes from an alternate universe where instead of being all-purpose plot insulation drivel, Force is sort of like universal tech support which is capable of granting the user immense power and knowledge, provided they're willing to wait on hold for days on end while their call is transferred between innumerable departments on a regular basis

Well, the first order of business in my opinion, is to determine whether or not it should still be permitted. Then handle numbers and scaling.

So what you'd want to do is compare it to this:

Perfect Technique
- Technique is everything and more. When attacking with a melee weapon, there is a 50% chance Idou's Dexterity will be added to the damage stat.

Which also effectively adds DEX to a stat, except it trades reliability for having no fixed pool. However, it is also a Perk.
