Appearance:
5’10” With black hair and brown eyes. Wears primarily black and dark blue clothes. Brown skin probably Hispanic but unsure.

Backstory:
Sertan Tarf was left on the doorstep of an orphanage at only a few months old. He grew up there, spending time interacting with the other children and if he was lucky the nearby beach. Fights were normal and Sertan learned to defend himself not only at the orphanage but also in the foster homes he were sent. Because of this Sertan moved around in the system a lot, but always ended up back at the same orphanage. He never did mind tho, he enjoyed life by the ocean and the creatures that made the shore home. At the age of 15 Arkas paid the orphanage a visit looking for workers. Sertan stepped up feeling as tho they needed to repay the orphanage back somehow for practically raising him, and to see what was beyond the system he was constantly thrown around in. Being too young to work in the fields, Sertan ended up in the research area organizing, cleaning, and fetching things for Arkas personnel, many of which were practicing magic. Sertan immediately took interest and began to study whenever they had free time. Going down to the beach and drawing on the ocean to fuel their magic, Sertan learned slowly but was able to eventually summon crabs, modeled after the ones on the beach, and create weapons, shields, and projectiles made from the water around him. At age 20 he said goodbye to the orphanage he called home, as well as all the children he helped look after, and signed up to be apart of a gate team.

Created by Tal as part of his ongoing experiments into Amalgams, these two 'brothers' are an attempt for replicability - they used the exact same clones of both human and cat, and the exact same enchanted items. It didn't quite work out.

On the plus side,  they did come up with some really good new stuff.

Newton:
Newton Dyne is rather energetic, almost quick to rush in.  While he tries to mirror his brother's detached affect, it is almost impossible to keep his nature down.
Alex Dyne:
Alex Dyne is by far much more chill than his brother, calm under fire.  Not that he plans to be under fire, really, but he would be anyway.

Ranged-Mod IHSS:
Take IHSS.
Attach to a Dynamancy device that sucks all the heat out of a target volume at a specified distance, usually determined by a laser rangefinder. (manual ranging is available.)
Comes in variants for any non-explosive Arms skill.
Explosive Arms' variant is the Cryo Grenade.

Cryo Grenade:
Literally a chunk of IHSS in a box.  Activate it, throw it and be out of the flash freeze radius when the absorption threshold on the IHSS falls to absolute zero.

Punch Gun:
Applies kinetic force pointing away from the barrel to all particles within a specified volume at a distance, using energy from an attached IHSS.  Can be stuck overtop the Ranged-Mod IHSS, and works on the same general principles (laser rangefinder, manual ranging available, comes in all flavors of gun)

Kinetic Shock Grenade: Like the Cryo Grenade, but after its first burst, it emits a shockwave, using the mana it just generated, that shatters the newly-frozen area into smithereens.

So, Intimation was an Average skill costing 2xp, and your total xp from character gen and xp gain right now is 21xp, so you have 2 spare xp. Social skills were cut and replaced by the Eldritch Empowerment (which is currently buyable) Silver Tongue, which is worth 4xp a pop. You get a refund on any social skills purchased, so you have 4 spare xp.

You also get these racial/cultural skills:
Bushcraft 2:4
Handle Animal 2:4
[4xp in Melee Combat Skills of your choice]

Yes you can use that to bring your Knives to 5, or for other Melee Combat skills like Brawling or Impact as you like.

Looking it over, you lost a Stat point somewhere, so feel free to put that anywhere but Intelligence.

Khaiden didn't learn the racial skills because he was more murder focused, so he got to trade those in.
I want to increase Khaiden's power if possible. Physical stats are secondary, since he's trading up for a cyborg body as soon as he can afford one.
Suggestions? He's focused on magical power (specifically Necromancy usable in combat).
