For the end of this year:

Order: Jungle-based officers are to construct their own ghillie suits and wear them over their bloody uniforms when they are sniping or in cover.  The uniforms are still being worn, so it's not a violation of High Command's orders, but now you won't get picked off by snipers.

Gods know why I didn't order this years ago.

There, sniper problem sorted.  Make a dust-covered burlap equivalent for the desert, and a rocky one for the mountains and we're sweet.

Edit: Vote is for jungle reliability, because gods damn it, if we can't win with that on top of bloody effective sniper camo, what's the point?

Invoke GM check if this is a legal order phase order

Spending revision on something that will be marginally useful on one front (my suggestion is one front but it has greater effect and may benefit future designs) is a huge waste.

At least try to revise more uniforms than officers. In its current form it is a clear waste of phase.

If you really want to revise uniform, go something like this:

Revise new uniforms for specialist roles:
1)Snipers (camouflage)
2)Tank crews (fire-resistant)
3)Pilots (whatever that will make handling aircrafts easier)

Don't be too shy with revision. Look at SMG example, they made it cheaper and improved in one revision.

To be exact, our camo need to consist of patterns in different scales, so it would be harder to detect in a heated fighting environment.
Just to make this clear for camo revise order.

If this is a legal move, I'll vote for something other than camo.

No, unfortunately High Command will not tolerate an order to cover up your glorious uniforms. You must write a dissertation on the benefits of proper camouflage which is long enough that High Command will not read it and defer to your authority on the matter out of confusion.

Also, I'm not going to go into immense detail on camouflage, I think, to the point where one faction might have regular camouflage and another has camouflage with a slightly better color pattern on it- to me, that sounds like it could get pretty pedantic and waste more revisions than it's worth. You can do ghillie suits though, those are different enough to be their own "thing".

That said, I think the votes are for jungle weapon reliability.

Jungle Engineering: Your weapons don't generally seize up from being wet and muddy, they are tested in humidity, and sometimes include gaskets or are designed to be especially easy to clean. This will affect the Hippo noticeably, I think the MK47 as well- I'll go down the list of stuff.

Well that's sad. But then at least we now fixed the Hippo along with other weapons.

What if we literally wrote a dissertation to allow us do so?

It would be a revision.

What if each Soldier gets two different uniforms, the blue and silver one as a parade uniform and something sensible for the field?

Unfortunately officers insists on their dress capes even in battle. Which does not end well.

I propose the towel. We are actually three design stages behind Arstotzka, namely effective IFV, AA/Bomber, and Sidearm.

Grenades, bombers, cheaper fighters, cheaper radios, cheaper AFVs, better camo, mines, sidearms, SPGs and motorcycles.

We have better MGs, a better, but too expensive fighter, and artillery.

More like 3 designs and three revisions.

Good job on the flamethrower.
