We got one turn wonder. Expect a better fighter to rape it next turn.

Try to improve engine of the fighter No other choice to have it usable. It makes both design action and revision action fully useless for jungles and mountain front :( I expect 2/2s

In fact we may do it next turn revision... Any good ideas for revision of this turn?

dunno, maybe a revision phase would be large enough to finish off our flamethrower tech

it'd come in handy, someone get sensei to confirm we can do that

Revise the Model 1 Rifle to make a specialized sniper variant with an adjustable zoom.

-Struunk I: Your engineers have managed to build a motor on par with the ones used in the (rather outdated) civilian vehicles you've been confiscating. As before, it gets up to 30 MPH on roads and 15 cross country. It has thin mild steel armor all around, slightly angled, with light armor on the front of the engine and cabin. The thin armor is still dubious protection against normal rifle rounds. It includes a Brumby in the passenger seat and an M2 Stallion in the turret, which is now pintle mounted to aim at aircraft. The turret has a DC electric motor running off of the car's double capacity battery, and a backup hand crank (the turret will drain the battery if rotated constantly). Costs 3 ore, 2 oil.

This thing is ancient....

Revise Struunk to Struunk II by replacing engine with  a newer one, replacing Brumby with Sorraia, add more armor to withstand 20mms better.(bump cost to 4 ore if needed) to benefit from stronger engine. Make other small fixes.

can't afford to do so right now, i don't think

Revise the Model 1 Rifle to make a specialized sniper variant with an adjustable zoom.

This should make the armour better without increasing weight or cost, we're just making the armour properly this time.

Why Struunk. Revise the tiger into a heavy AFV.

Revise the radio to be cheaper, and smaller. In that order.

Sensei: The Arstotzkans think their radio encryption can't be cracked by us, but the two radio encryptors are basically identical. Are they right?

Even the mechanisms are identical, you still have 26! Combinations for the cipher

As they don't have a computer, they'll thus have as difficult a job as us at decrypting

infantry assault armour
Designed specifically for our stormtroopers, this consists of a fitted breastplate of RHS and a helmet of the same with a faceplate. This is inspired by the Australian bandit Ned Kelly, who made a bulletproof suit in the 1880s. With our military know-how we should be able to make a modern suit of comparative effectiveness, and having no backplate will reduce the weight. As such we should reasonably be able to make armour that is resistant to small arms fire from the front and not too encumbering for our troopers. I'm willing to make this complex, as it'll only be for stormtroopers anyway.

With this, we can finally take the jungle. Also, we are revising the uniform for stormtroopers.

Lets use the ancient naval art of training war parrots. No one will realize they have been boarded by space war parrots until it is to late!

Steel plate it still rigid and heavy, not to mention it'd be hot in it as well, along with being both hard to breathe in and difficult to see out of.

That, and that would probably require a design phase anyway.

basically we need to take full metal plate armor, develop batteries and add electric motors to assist movement
