They are loosing it for this turn. And with everything more expensive for them, we should be able to hold the mountains after that.

They are also likely producing at least one design purposefully built for mountains. And revising optics to be cheap and better. My guess is a sniper rifle.

If we get the Nazi Ore, our T33s would become merely Expensive, giving us a very large bonus in armoured warfare.

Glory to Arstotzka.

Oh, really?  I thought it was 6 ore. Well, that is a big advantage.

It is 6 ore.

But only 3 oil, so merely expensive.

Right. Too little sleep can't count.

This would greatly help our armored push in the desert.
I know what I would make with the second design if I ewere them, but I am not talking until we both enter production

Why? They already have both design.

I am disgusted by the fact we got regular rifle when we could have had ROCKET SLINGING AUTOMATIC WEAPON OF MASS DESTRUCTION CAPABLE OF CUTTING PEOPLE IN FOUR PARTS WITH ONE SHOOT AND KILLING TANKS AND BEING A ANTI AIRCRAFT WEAPON AND GENERALLY PRETTY COOL GUN.
Since we have to live with this now, I support revising the gun to something that doesn't suck.

A regular rifle that's dangerously unsafe, at least with a gun that fire explosive rocket you can tolerate it being a little dangerous.

Lets add a muzzle brake to control the recoil and muzzle drift.

That's not going to fix the muzzle drift, that's happening due to the weapon balance rather than recoil.

No. I suppose there are similarities, but I'm fairly certain angry birds doesn't let me charge into a battalion of knights with a car made of circular saws.

Then lets get some lead weights and balance it.
We should try for a muzzle brake any way as we are speanding a revision on it.

We don't need a fucking muzzle brake on this fucking gun. Why do you want one on it when it serves no purpose whatsoever? It's not like it has the recoil of a fucking tank cannon...

description says it handles easily even on automatic fire, recoil is not a problem it seems.
The selector and unbalanced weight are problematic, but at least the second one is a very easy fix. The first one shouldn't be hard to revise either. If we have spare revision time, I think expanded magazine and all climate reliability are an higher priority.

We already got an LMG.

This. I vote for the original proposal of Fixing the select fire bolt, fixing the muzzle drift, and Creating a staggered column 20-round box mag. This is all we need to do and we'll have a good 9infantry weapon that'll replace everything but our scope-equipped Mosins and smgs for standard weapons.

AS-AR34A: The new version of the gun has the magazine moved to the bottom and brass ejecting out of the side, which balances the weight of the gun. This includes staggered 24-round magazines, and the original drums are still available. The fire select knob no longer swings wildly, but is very stiff and requires effort to move- that is, one must reach up with their left hand and pull or push on it hard, using one's thumb is out of the question.

Not bad, to be honest. Now we also have bottom magazine technology which'll help avoid this kind of problem in the future.
