Jane will go check on the monsters as well. "Can't wait to see the monsters!" on the way to the barn, she would look around for anything in major disrepair or out of place.

At the sound of 'monsters', Dan emerged from his sleepy stupor. He'd almost forgotten why he was here. Dan dashes off to see his minitaur.

You and Dan scamper off to see your monsters. As you walk to the barn you notice a good amount of trash and junk scattered about. You notice one pile has signs of a slime eating some of it, but it doesn't seem to be there now.

You enter the barn and approach your monster doors.

Maria looks around her room.
"...a little dirty, but I'm sure I can clean it up."
She looks around one last time, then, unhurriedly, walks over to the barn to see the monsters.

((I guess this is where we describe our little monsters?))

"I-it's beautiful!" Dan stammers, picking up the minotaur calf and admiring every inch of it. Its coarse, black mane sways as Dan moves it around to inspect his new monster. It is brown all over, apart from its hair, and has a cold, wet nose with a lolling tongue. It seemed too young to have horns.

Dan was in love with his minitaur. "I'll name you Minos!"

"Ok, hoo time to entertain."

She leaves her room, none the wiser, and wanders about, hands behind her head.

"Oh, we get to name them?" Callista says, and then approaches the green shelled, cream furred Tutledog. "Hello, Ben."

Of course, Twin is neither man nor woman but an unholy eldritch abomination like every other Bay12er. The difference is they hide it better.

Maria looks around her room.
"...a little dirty, but I'm sure I can clean it up."
She looks around one last time, then, unhurriedly, walks over to the barn to see the monsters.

You meander towards the barn and find the slime room. Like all of the rooms, it is completely devoid of furniture and amenities. Unlike the other rooms however, it is completely devoid of a monster.

((That is correct, you're supposed to describe your monster a little bit.)

The minitaur sizes you up and seems to deem you acceptable. It is a little surprised when you suddenly pick it up, but you overexcited swaying and affection seems to mimic the nurturing of a mothertaur. Minos seems content with your affection and attention.

"Oh, we get to name them?" Callista says, and then approaches the green shelled, cream furred Tutledog. "Hello, Ben."

Ben eyes you wearily. You remember it is a territorial monster and approach slowly.

"Ok, hoo time to entertain."

She leaves her room, none the wiser, and wanders about, hands behind her head.

You wander aimlessly about. You notice the junk scattered across the grounds. There's old pieces of farming equipment, straight up trash, a multitude of various containers, some piles of logs and brush, and just general refuse. It seems like the back half of the property was not kept up at all. Once or twice you think you see something moving in the piles, but you cannot be sure.

Callista remains at her current distance. "It is nice to meet you." she says simply.

Ben seems to deem you as a non-threat and allows you to approach and inspect him.

Callista does so, and attempts to figure out where he likes to be pet.

Maria looks around confusedly.
"Hmmm... where is the slime?"
She looks for any signs that there was a slime here at some point.

((I  assume Blacky's stall is the darkest one due to it being a Shadow spirit.))
"Now where is my monster?" peering into the cage where the shadow spirit suppose to be. ((Who knows where it could be hidden?))

Callista does so, and attempts to figure out where he likes to be pet.

You pet Ben all over and you find that he doesn't like his belly scratched, but does like it when you pet from his head to his tail. He seems to relax and quite enjoy it when you stroke his shell like this.

Maria looks around confusedly.
"Hmmm... where is the slime?"
She looks for any signs that there was a slime here at some point.

No sign of the slime in the barn. It hasn't been here in a while.

"Now where is my monster?" peering into the cage where the shadow spirit suppose to be. ((Who knows where it could be hidden?))

His stall is exactly the same as the others a square room with a dirt floor and nothing else. There is a single window. There is also nowhere for the sprite to hide. He must have escaped like the slime.
