If we could do sidewaysdown that would be awesome. A sprawling necropolis slowly getting lower and lower into the ground.

What is the use of sideways? I mean, we still gotta hide that hearth, and i think going up or down is more effective.

I would assume larger domain/larger area that enemies have to traverse in every direction.
