In this world there are existences known as Dungeons, they are anything from the smallest of caves to sprawling ruined castles that take up enough territory to rival the lands of small Duchies. There are many theories on how Dungeons come to be, some people believe they are created by Gods in places where foul deeds were committed as a way to atone for the sins of the past, and others believe they are made by powerful mages who have come to hate the Mortal Races of the world. Of course the actual truth is far less amazing as Dungeons are actually beings birthed from disruptions in the world's mana flow. They are born with the purpose of stabilizing the source of mana fluctuations, and those sources become their heart giving them the ability to create fearsome monsters and mythical treasures that all Mortal Races seek in their desire for glory, power, or better lives.
You are a new Dungeon brought into the world by a mana fluctuation caused by a being of the Mortal Races, when you enter the world the first thing that you see is your Dungeon Heart which is ...
(A) a crystal encased goblet carved from the skull of some human like being. The goblet gives off an aura of bloodshed, and seemingly holds the power to allow a being to defy death.
(B) a wooden staff wrapped in brambles, and brightly colored flowers of every color. It gives a feeling of something that is the master of nature itself, and has a beast like quality to it.
(C) a series of cogs spiraling around a blue sphere of light endlessly in a completely random pattern. This gives off the feeling of machinery, and clearly has the power to give life to that which never had it.
