The fire runes erupt as you reach across the runes. spazyak takes 4 damage, Sinvara takes 5, salsacookies shields himself but still takes one, and conein takes 5. The portcullis that you entered from reopens.

grab a sharp bone or a tibia (Your stereotypical bone), Sprint out of the room and shove a Hemeral corpse under the portcullis to keep it from lowering again. then loot said corpse, cutting it open with an arrow if I have too.

I then bend down to examine the Hemeral corpses, specifically their teeth. They've gotta have some real nice chompers if their diet apparently includes metal. Chop out their teeth for items!

Sharpen the rib and any other bones I have into a dagger point, then wrap the flesh of the Hemeral corpse around the base to make a handle
