Bio: An orphan dwarf who fell in with a group of thieves in the city of Kerth in Tairani. He was (and still is) constantly picked on for his height, as even for a dwarf he is quite short at only four feet tall. He's usually quick to defend himself by pointing out that in his line of work being a shortarse is a good thing, since he can hide in shadows much easier than his bigger compatriots, fit into smaller spaces, and is generally harder to fight when push comes to shove because the average guard isn't used to attacking or being attacked from that low a position.

Although members constantly come and go in the group due to various reasons (arrests, for example), Taft has stayed active and constant since the age of ten... and considering he recently turned twenty-five, he's starting to think of heading out of Kerth for a new city. Leaving the lifelong familiar environs would be quite a step for the dwarf and so he hasn't done it yet, but he's aware it's only a matter of time before he ends up in irons himself if he stays; the guards are getting too familiar with his tricks.

Heh, well, anyway. I was just wanting to check since I don't think there's a pure elf or dwarf character yet (I know someone is playing a dwelf) and I didn't want to contradict anything anyone else had posted yet, and also make sure the Dwarf Fortress style naming conventions for dwarfs was OK (although I suppose I could just go look up 'gold' and 'cutter' in the DF language and change his last name to that if you wanted me to ). I also wanted to make sure randomly making up a decently-sized city in Tairani for Taft to be from was fine. >.>

@Ninja Sirus: Maybe, but I kinda want to try out the trap stuff even if that's late-game material.

Bio: A perfectly ordinary human girl from a perfectly ordinary human village. She rides a perfectly ordinary wyvern and worries about things that normal human girls worry about.

Or so she claims. In actuality, Keyleth is an elf from Echore dispatched from the sanctuary forest in order to determine what the outside world is like. Bio: Scarlet Maxwell was born and raised in the nation, Cleper but she was not raised by her birth parents. She was left was left in an allyway when she was a baby and had it not been for Old Man Maxwell she would not have survived. He took her in as his own granddaughter and when he saw that she had shown talent for Anima he began teaching what he could remember. However before Scarlet could finish her studies Maxwell passed away, with his death there was nothing tying her down to Cleper so she decided to travel the world.
