Main issues: stillness is banned, and generally you have 3 allies within 3 squares for that kind of Personal Skill.

I suspect swordstar will make proximity based skills trigger on having at least 3 allies in range, not one, so be prepared for that.

You've allocated the correct amount of progression, but you didn't put any in defense or speed, both of which you are required to have a 10 point minimum. Also keep in mind that Speed is the god stat of Fire Emblem- You can go without it, but it takes a very certain kind of build, which you do not appear to have.

I'd suggest taking a little out of magic and resistance to allocate to speed and defense. 70 progression in any stat will generally lead to you hitting the max well before the level cap if your chosen class favors the stat at all. And with what I assume is going to be a low defense stat, you don't have any business trying to tank, so resistance shouldn't be a huge focus for you. You could also stand to take a few points out of luck- It's mostly good in the end game, and really only strong for evasion based builds, which you don't seem to have.

Does hp recovery mean you regenerate or that when you are healed it gains a + 5 to the amount? Also if someone willing  to double check to see if I messed up again i'd appreciate it.

I'll change the requirement for the fault and change the effect of the skill. I knew I forgot something, the character has the human racial bonus (none) as half-elf,/half-human I'll change that too. The +5 progress is from potential character skill I'll add % to differentiate the difference.
