((Eh, got told about this... Forum Game. I want to join.))
Name: Wave Lynn
Role: Ascendant
Sphere: n/A
Appearance: Basic form (unmodified/hatchling): 6 legged black scaled lizard with teal crystals growing out of his back.
Later grows more crystals while old ones increase in size. Metallic colorization turns red, as primary diet early on is flesh. Crystals pale, slowly becoming white.
The whiter the crystals become, the more dynamic colors. Dynamic colors mean they change depending on mood. But it mostly occurs when intense (not angry... furious).
Swept back horns, no problem when he's poking head into holes, but it's a problem on the way out.
Personality: Youthfully curious, even when older, hotheaded, and just can't wait to set stuff on fire. Tends to equate pretty much everything to fire, like, seriously, even ice is fire... somehow.
Even runes, which are not fire related, are explained in fire related terms. He has a nasty habit of not distinguishing the fire he's talking about (metaphoric or literal).
His hotheadedness means that he rarely makes the crystals change colors, as he just gets rid of it immediately. Rather than letting it accumulate.
Though later on, he has been rather rational with his pyromania desires. Going for long term burnination rather than short term firestorms. Though there certainly is an appeal in the latter.
Description: Wave Lynn has always been different from his siblings. Not only has he crystals growing out of his body, he's also the smallest of them, and the weakest. But he also has a strange, fascination for fire. The way it danced when he watched a burning Wallowing. The way it moves, the pattern, trying to stay alive, eating at it's flesh. The flames are alive, or maybe, the flames are life.
There's a strange similarity there. Life begins, with a burst, and it ends slowly, unless put out. Very much like fire.
Wave believes there's a link between fire and life, but has also found other similarities. Fire is chaotic, yet predictable. Even water, the enemy of fire, follows this pattern.
But so is life, lifeforms will run if it senses danger, but you wont know every single detail of where they go, and what jumps it'll make. Just like fire, even calculated, it can always surprise you.
Wave has however been quick to satisfy or vent his emotions, whenever angry, he quickly vents it, when curious, he explores. This have led to his shading becoming... empty.
The shading became white, but if he gets intense emotions, then it changes color almost immediately. Only to revert back once he's dealt with it.
Edit: Ugh, Kevak kept pinging in my ear to rewrite it, so I've pretty much rewritten all of it.
