I see their cute little feet, and their twitching little whiskers... and I just.... oh my.

I will not actually choose that character because that would be as horrific as it would be hilarious, but I'm trying to spitball troubles and aspects.

I think separating the group into those who are new arrivals and those who are denizens of Fallen London would work.

Not to mention most Fallen Londoners keep contact with those on the surface.

After playing a little Fallen London and looking up the Fate system, I have a character concept, but I want to go over it with Objective first.

To be honest I didn't have any real ideas for it but it sounded ambiguous and frightening. But in my head it was kind of like, people's shadows turning to look at him and sometimes humanoid forms dart between shadows when he's around?
