Edit: The list is my way of inventing more NPCs on the fly as you guys investigate. When I feel like you guys spent enough time, or learned enough, the list will run out. You can obviously look up the survivors, and the acquaintances of the missing ones.

The Resources skills generally covers "having enough money". Actually roleplaying haggling would fall in social skills such as Rapport, I would guess.

(not sure how it applies to this campaign or if we're handling actual Echoes)

I'd assume that the actual haggling would be handled with Rapport, as you said, but if we still fell short of money then Resources would be used.

Currencies are for Bazaar goodies. If you're bribing someone or buying food you'll use Resources.

I think you might've gotten confused because I put currencies at the start of the sentence. I was referring to the rostygolds.
