Tadhg looks confused at first, not understanding either the sudden betrayal or the High Elven, but as soon as he heard the noices of bandits approaching he grabs one of his javelins and prepares himself to throw it at the first enemy face that showed itself.

Just fractions of a second after Risey(?) started sprinting away, Aldeth was plunging her hand into her spell component pouch and pulls out a small bundle of tarts and a feather. She directs her focus to the escaping shop keeper, and her thoughts seep out the cracks in her psyche, zipping towards her target like the hounds that were after her, as she invokes the name of warlock long dead. Her own physical body follows along.
"Ṭ͡a̹s̳͈̟̦̭͉͟h̹̪̺̯̪͔a̧̬̮͍̺̠͈̩'͟ͅs ̴̦H͔̩̭͎́i̷̟̖̩̟̘̟̻d̛̤̦e̴o͚̟us̶̯̭͚ ̯̘̤̣̖͉̱Ḷ͈̱̪a͎͎͙̘̯̭u̻̩̕g̢h͇̫͔̩̪̟͘t͉͕e̟r!҉̥"

Action:
Cast Tasha's Hideous Laughter on Risey(?).
Move towards her.

Fire Bolt at Risey's back.

Samara sneers, extending her first and second fingers at the supposed shopkeeper, "Oh, I remember your sort well, stripling. Burn!"

Acting swiftly, Aldeth invokes Tasha's Hideous Laughter at the fleeing traitor!

Spoiler (click to show/hide)

Though the fleeing woman is racked with...extremely disturbing giggles...it doesn't stop her. She barely manages to toss off the effects of the spell and continues to run-she breaks into a full sprint, only partially slowed by the brambles and trees in the area. She'll be able to completely escape the fight in two more rounds, if not stopped. He rushes after her.

Kawtari also rushes to intercept before she can flee the area entirely, her meteor hammer flicking down to her foes legs.

Spoiler (click to show/hide)

The slippery Elf notices the attempt at the last moment, jumping into the air at blurring speed-Kawtari blinks and notices Risey has stopped completely to taunt her, having evaded then stepped on the meteor hammers mace-head with one dainty booted foot, pinning it to the ground mockingly. 'Risey' makes a wagging finger gesture.

{'Really, you should be helping your friends. I'm not the one trying to kill all of you."} She says, backflipping dramatically into the woods.

Elves.

More Elves!

They burst from the trees, swinging from limbs and jumping from branches like wild Apes from the Southern Continent-a flurry of sharp pointed arrows and an icy ray flies down upon the party from the rear, as the Elves and hounds attack in concert-Sarco is unscathed, having wisely took cover behind a tree.

Spoiler (click to show/hide)

Samara dodges one arrow by ducking with superhuman reflexes, but by pure luck, a second arrow flies true and strikes Samara in the left hand-she flinches away at the last second, her blood splattering out to darken the forest floor. Samara -4 HP

The Elven Noble seems outraged, for some reason.

{"Not her, idiots-anyone but her! Can't you idiots do anything right? Do it like this! "} He says in Elvish.

He fires a chilling ray of frost straight at Tadhg, which hits him straight on...but the Barbarian seems to barely notice it, even as tiny icicles climb up his legs. He does shiver a bit, though. Tadhg -1 HP, Slowed

The two remaining Elves charge into melee, breaking off into two groups, with a hound supporting each of them. One group goes for Tadhg, the other for Sarco. They work in concert with their hounds, with obviously practiced teamwork-the animals going for the legs, while the warriors aim high.

Spoiler (click to show/hide)

The two experienced warriors fend off the simultaneous attacks expertly, Tadhg parrying the lightning fast blades with brute strength, using his strong build and reach to keep them from getting close to him. Sarco does the same, but he's a fraction of a second slower-one of the dogs manages to snap at his leg, more painful and life threatening. He backhands the stubborn beast with a clawed hand before it can properly set it's feet and drag him to the ground. Sarco -2 HP

Both of them sense the Warrior Elves will be much more dangerous when they have time to properly use all their attacks, though.

RAEG!

Tadhg roars at his attackers and draws his hammer, striking back at the dog with a mighty swing.

Kick the puppy with the maul.

Grease whatever position gets as many of their melee fighters as possible without tagging an ally.

Sarco stows his spear away and grips his maul in both hands. Reading his mind into the wisp orb he prods them into action. Maybe they could act as a distraction? That done he then roars out and brings his maul down on the hound that had bit him!

Summon wisps in humanoid form near the elves.
Stow Spear
Attack Hound with Maul (If no other hounds are around, attack an elf!)

Aldeth turns and starts to pull back from the battle, but not before letting loose a bolt of otherworldly energy.

Move 30 feet away from the fray, and cast Eldritch Blast on a hound, if they are still up.

"Expect us, trickster-elf! Once we are done here, we'll come for you!"

Kawtari was already bringing the hammer round, building up moment as it span. Then it sailed towards a hound, an axe joining it in the air....

Attack a dog with the meteor hammer at distance.
If it's still alive, throw an axe at it.
If not, throw an axe at a commoner.

Tadhg swiftly invokes his !!battle rage!!, his war-maul humming in the air as it descends toward the hapless Elven Hound! There's a sickening sound as the attack snaps the creatures spine in a single blow, and drives its body into the ground like a wooden stake-a mercifully quick death, at least.

Elven Hound Killed!

Spoiler (click to show/hide)

Samara, thinking fast, invokes a nasty spell on the duo threatening Sarco-the ground underneath their feet suddenly glistens with a grease spell! ((Sarco immune to grease drop because Gm had no map))

Spoiler (click to show/hide)

The pair suddenly lose their balance-slipping, sliding and tumbling to the hard ground in a distinctly comedic fashion.

Akira, having gone pretty much unnoticed during the entire battle, decides to scramble up a tree, to impersonate the great aerial death dealing feats of the Legendary Falcon Assassins. Unfortunately, as she tries to ascend, one of the branches snaps dryly under her grip, dumping the Rogue on her rear. Thankfully, no-one noticed...she does complete a perfect kip-up, to make up for the disappointment.

No one sees that either.

Spoiler (click to show/hide)

Sarco a bit bitten, and quite angry strikes out with own maul at the dog that scratched his scales-the dog, having lost it's balance, is an easy target.

At the same time an otherwordly and truly ethereal glow manifests a few feet away in the form of a human-shape...

Spoiler (click to show/hide)

Needless to say, there's not much of a thing left resembling a hound left after the strike-only some green red sludge and a few bones and teeth.

Elven Hound Killed!

The Wisp form shrieks with delight in Sarco's mind, immediately losing it's cohesion-they rush over in a blazing shimmer, floating over the corpse, feeding on the vicious and painful death of a creature that was, more or less, blameless...

Aldeth sprints off to a safe spot and begins invoking her fell energies at one of the flanking hounds...of course, there ARE no hounds left, having been reduced to fertilizer by the parties warriors. She holds the gathered otherwordly energy in a closed fist, looking for a target...

She settles on the second thug, sending a deadly combination attack of Eldritch enemy and a Hex-a swirling, screaming bolt of energy that does...bad things.

It strikes him just barely, guided by something more instinct than skill. But 'barely' is still quite nasty. The Elf warriors flesh begins to abandon his body.

Spoiler (click to show/hide)

In what is no doubt a complete coincidence, a cloud of butterflies on the opposite side of the Nepathica falls down stone dead in a fluttery cloud...

...

Risey, her pursuit having been abandoned in favor of the enemies, continues to run flat out-next turn, she'll be gone!

Kawtari snaps her hammer back down at the Elven Thug who was near her original target, nicely prone from the grease spell-she also flicks an axe high in the same motion, trickily arcing toward one of the commoners! ((GM present, two attacks, since I didn't bother with a map when you did this action))

Her meteor hammer gives the Elf Thug a good dent in his handsome forehead, but her axe is actually caught mid-air by one of the commoners with uncanny Elven speed, he grins at Kaw, and flicks her axe to a forward position.

Elves.

Spoiler (click to show/hide)

...

The Assassins don't seem to be in a mood to surrender yet. In fact, they seem very angry you killed their dogs.

"Keep fighting!" The Noble Blusters. "I wish we could have done this in  CIVILIZED manner! Concentrate fire on that horrible reptilian beast-he seems to have some sort of evil magic at his disposal..."

A flurry of arrows and an icy beam stream toward Sarco!

Spoiler (click to show/hide)

And a flurry of arrows are either parried out of the air, miss, or clatter harmlessly against his scales and armor.

The thugs, now sans Dogs, also go back on the attack
...

Thug 1 manages to regain his feet for a moment, but utterly fails-he flings out a pair of wild, flailing attack as he slips and slides about, the last one actually taking Sarco by surprise. More by accident than design, the Elves wild blade slips up and under the Knights guard, poking through a weak spot in his armor, underneath his right arm.

Ow!

Sarco -5 hp

The other thug, not so hampered, lets out a ferocious volley at the foaming-at-the mouth madman who just killed his most loyal pet-however, Tadhg merely roars and keeps the slippery elf at bay with a few wide, almost lazy swings of his hammer.
