I just noticed we don't have an actual cargo bay(and that's why cargo's in red), guess as a consequence of it being orginally an unmanned explorer. So, since we have enough life support (and we expanded enough), and we might be able to add ruggedness to it at the 11th hour, this is my counter build order:

1:Huge Cargo Bay
2:Medbay
3:MCF Fusion Plant Mk II

Research:Life Sciences Lab

Cargo Orders:1 pair of exosuit loaders, 2 D&D vehicles, 1 group of mining bots, Optronic Central Computer(now or never!), 3 crates each of basic and advanced parts, 1.5 crates each of emergency food and advanced medical supplies

Event:Survey Satellite

Question: Is the machine shop able to do advanced parts? If not, we'll need to buy something that does if we want something other than just a bot facility....

Machine shop does no advanced parts. It can use them, but not make them.

One last question, would it be a research action to order a small cargo bay with a pre-installed satellite launcher, or can we get that with a standard build action?

Darn, then we'd have to order a small cargo bay and then the launcher and have it link to that cargo bay, so that's not worth it

    - Slot 2 : Rugged construction.
    - Slot 3 : He-3 MCF Fusion generator /w external radiators Mk.2.

Cargo Orders : Seed Bank. 2 RU, 4 mass, 3 size. A seed bank of several hundred varieties of GM plants, ranging from simple grasses to fruit-hybrid trees to hydroponic rice to Mars-soil adapted wheat. Will greatly assist in setting up agriculture on alien worlds. Combined with a biotech lab, these seeds can also be used as a template for future variation and gene-editing.

10ebbor10, how many raw materials/advanced/basic parts would we need to produce bots, would it be more efficient space and resource wise to take the raw materials and assemble them there?

Also, something that has been bugging me: 10ebbor, is the LS modules an either/or thing? As in, they can either support that number of awake people, or that number of cryopods? And do they COME with that number of crypods or do we need to install those separately?

I am going to ask for a prefabricated general laboratory, we can research a more advanced part factory after we get on the planet.

With this much power we can use an Electrostatic Ion Engine to cut down on fuel use.  One size 8 tank could last 21-42 years.  It would be slower though.


Construction:

Cargo Orders: Powered Exo-skeleton Constructor Units, Digging & drilling vehicles, -1 to buying any botstake whatever bots, Optronic Central computer, 3 crates each of basic and advanced parts, 2 crates each of emergency food and advanced medical supplies

Event:  D ) mining (preferred) and/or construction bots (free bots are a different story) Survey sattelite
