If you could pick the next squire's starting location, would it be...

A southernly port where cultures and norms of society mix and clash with each other?
A westernly city akin to Marienburg, home of current squire in play?
An easternly outpost at the edge of kingdom's borders, a beginning of thisverse's Silk Road?
A northernly fortress where young men prove themselves in combat with giants, wildlings and mystical beasts?
Centre of the kingdom, trapping the young squire in a thick web of decadent court's schemings and plots?

Lets just wait for our lord to come back, then ask a couple of questions on: How bad are our injuries, and how did staranvil get on with his fights.
+1, but also thank Matella for attending to our wounds.

Close fist hard and angrily. Whoever this guy was he really got cheap at the end going for the head.
He was going for our arm and we ducked.  Also, part of the plan (mine, at least) was doing what he just did to us back to him in the hopes of getting the same result.

On the bright side, my guess on how long we'd last was correct.

I suppose it couldn't hurt being nice to the poor girl now.

Ask him when the next tourney will be, and determine to train our butts off for it.  We WILL be the MASTER of STABBING.

Stamina is probably also a good idea.  Maybe we should start jogging around the city in the future.

"I swear to you it'll be different next time. I refuse to accept this so called defeat. I am going to find them on the next tourney and bleed them out.

May I see a mirror sir?"

Let's see for ourselves how bad it is.

Perhaps we can tone down the violence a bit.  They DID win, fair and square.

Yeah, we lost, but is was a fair loss. No need to hold a grudge.

But we clearly do need to practise more. We need to become the deadliest squire this side of the equator.

We must poke at our ear and around it to discover how bad it hurts.
Also we must attempt to sit on the edge of our bed; in preparation for standing.

For we are Lutz, the mightiest squire to walk the Earth!  except for the guy to beat us, and the guy who beat that guy.  And anyone else who is mightier and a squire
[sigh] If only we had looked into the crowd for young girls . . .[/sigh]

All fanfics are heresy, each and every one, especially the shipping ones. Those are by far the worst.
