Suddenly, sand blasts in a cyclone as a carrier VTOL jet lands, hovering above the ground as Leeron jumps up, covering his face from the sand. He approaches the object, his face wrapped in a towel.
 "This is anti-spiral all right... turn off your Gunmen and come down here, everyone."

"Too many things left to do? Like what, oppressing Beastmen? Besides, I thought Spiral Energy was just generated by passion. And if Anti-Spiral is generatrd by despair, what's that rock doing to make us despair, if it's making it?"

Leeron glances at the cube once more.
 "This isn't just a rock, Jesse... it's a message."

Galen sighs and gets out of his gunman before going over as instructed.

Eun hopes out of Slagteeth and lands with a spin next to Leeron, "Hello Leeron~"

"Too many things left to do? Like what, oppressing Beastmen? Besides, I thought Spiral Energy was just generated by passion. And if Anti-Spiral is generatrd by despair, what's that rock doing to make us despair, if it's making it?"

"Oh for - it isn't powered off of our emotions any more than my spirals are powered by your stubbornness."

"And thanks but no thanks. I don't trust this thing and I can hear just fine by being the gunmen. I'll stay."

The Rapture's Embrace (which I'd been imagining as being worn by Buki's mech almost like a suit of armor) disengages from the fusion and floats a little backwards so as to not accidentally crush everyone.

 "Hmm... Viral, can you touch it?"
 "Are you sure?"
 "Absolutely! You might trigger it."
Viral moves forward and reluctantly touches the cube; a beep is heard as the red lines on the cube glow; the outer frame seems to bend outwards, showing a glowing purple light in the center of the cube which suddenly begins speaking:

"All this time the Spiral Nemesis draws closer. And all this time the spiral races still have not a solution," says a monotone male voice emanating from the cube. Viral and Leeron's faces drop instantly, and even Tomas or Eun may recognize the voice.
 "It's the Anti-Spiral...," Viral says as he takes a few steps back, eyes set intently on the cube.
"This construct has no means of harming any organism in the vicinity nor the universe. It contains a fragment of the collective conscious of our race, projected to voice format as to answer questions you might conjure."

"Of course you don't fucking die when you're killed. Fine, then. Explain to me, since I haven't gotten quite a clear picture on this yet: the hell is the Spiral Nemesis?"

"The Spiral Nemesis is the event pertaining to the ultimate destruction of the universe. Spiral energy naturally causes evolution and sentience; and when used in excessive amounts as it is right now, will cause even entire galaxies to conglomerate together and explode. That is the Spiral Nemesis; a product of the collective ignorance of the spiral races."

"And through what mechanism does it cause all these galaxies to come together?"

[PrivateNomad]

"A process known as Spiral Conglomeration. Also, the Spiral Nemesis causes all spiral organisms to evolve and gain power. All of you are evidence of this. Beastmen suddenly gaining spiral power where it was absent before, humans attaining spiral power that is easily manipulated. And a warrior of the past's ghost manifesting spiral power to renew its form. All of you are products of the Spiral Nemesis, and all of you as a collective entity cause the Spiral Nemesis to accelerate from your use of spiral power."
