Say PN, would you awfully mind me putting in that one possession mechanic thing that Rolepgeek suggested a little earlier into my character sheet as an ability, or would you want to wait until I level up once or twice? I'm good either way, but I do plan on using that specific ability during a certain section of Tömas' expected character development.

I suppose. 50% stat share. He can also automatically use spiral energy with a gunman, even if it's electric. He can also combine with other gunmen even if it says he can't.
