"I... I don't think so. No one else has reacted this way. Probably her condition acting up again."

Time: Midnight [Full Moon]
Weather: Windy, No Rain.

The Sovereign Jester [[Bill, Dareth, Illandrial, Raii, Statia, and Zoe]]

Surprisingly no one accosts the group. Soon, however, there is a large number of guards patrolling every street and the town has exploded in rumors regarding the escaped gnome who slaughtered Hoshanks the Dwarven guard. But no one suspects you of anything so far as you know. What is strange is that Rikki, Galia, and Ganron are missing from your little group meeting inside the Sovereign Dwarf. The Innkeeper seems particularly subdued. He keeps mumbling about loosing his best customer and seems to be legitimately saddened by the loss.

The Catacombs, 8th level [[Nep]]

Nep, who has reverted to Glinn by this point, agrees to sit in the Catacombs until you come for him. His wails can be heard all the way up to the second level. He appears to have retained enough power to cast multiple light spells though. The 8th level resembles the day by the time you get to the stairs and you have a feeling that it will only be brighter by the time you come back.

Galia finally finds her way into the inn, after dealing with her inexplicable condition.

Find the others.

Raii looks tired in the inn.
"Sorry guys, she was too tiring to keep moving. If she snaps out of... whatever that was, I'm pretty sure I remember where I left her..."

It's not hard. They mentioned their plan to meet up at the Sovereign Jester. Strangely enough you are now there as well. How crazy!?!!!?

Find the others, as in, locate them in the inn.

They weren't exactly a hard group to find considering that you knew they were in this inn. It takes all of five seconds to spot them. Ten total to join up with them.

"Ah, hi, everyone. Sorry about that... It was just one of those days."

Galia pauses.

"So, what now?"

"Orr....."
Raii looks behind him at Galia and then looks defeated.
"Or I guess there's no point in remembering where I left her because she made it here on her own."
He then turns to a cat and leaps onto the table.

"Well. I think it's time we explain who we are, Raii. We were once seven of the most powerful, dangerous, and, if you listen to our critics, evil individuals on this plane. Then, seven 'heroes' tried to bring us down as we were about to deploy our magnum opus of destruction. During the final battle, it went off in our faces, and... killed our seventh member. Now, we are hunting them down to extract our revenge. We recently lost our sixth member, and a fifth is missing. You clearly have the skills to keep up with us, the mindset to work alongside us and the discretion we require, so I would like to extend the invitation to become a temporary member of our party, at least for now."

((Should probably do this.))
Nobody has ever seen assassin Rikimaru Trickfoot in the past week - it was as if he simply faded in the shadows and went away suddenly, with no goodbye note or anything to be found.

Raii waits a moment, waiting for more explenation, then steps down and morphs back into his humanoid form.
"That sounds... mildly dangerous. I accept your invitation. I guess I should explain what I do best then, then. I, as you may have noticed, am a cat, and can go places almost unseen. But more than that, I am a business man with a penchant for deals leaning towards the deadly. I buy trinkets, information, and once my freedom. I sell death, blackmail, and trinkets. But I always honor a deal, even to the departed."

He tugs on his ear for a second, while looking away to the floor.
"I guess I want to know each of your skills. Her..."
Raii points at Galia.
"I know what she does already. She got into my head, I think she does that to others. And there were two of her at the scene. You..."
He points at Bill next, then at Dareth.
"I think you... I don't know, I didn't see you at the jailbreak. And you, you're mysterious but I did see you. Got any skills besides hiding?"
He ignores Illandrial for the time being.

"Heh, yeah. That's kind of my thing. Sorry about enchanting you, I wasn't sure how much you'd heard... but that was nothing compared to what I could've done."

"There was once a man. A mercenary, some called him, but he preferred 'security consultant'. The Black Edge. The most highly skilled swordsman anyone had ever seen that was yet still alive. Had never once lost a fight, in practice or in the field.

I was that man."
