Well to be fair you chose to use the results as were. But that's your choice I suppose. I don't think we got screwed too badly. A small amount of gold for each of us, a weapon we can't use, a nice gem, and a badass sword isn't too bad.

Ness can hold onto the trident.

Not that hard to throw something, or to poke it.

Yeah, I don't think Beolas is going to be thinking about that trident at all.  :P

Regarding lichdom: I'm okay with Sacha pursuing it as long as we're consulted about potential developments that would kill or cripple our characters, and as long as it's got believable motivations behind it.

I was thinking being afraid of death would be a decent reasoning behind it. I don't know that. I'm still not 100% onboard with it. Especially since I get the feeling that the "Unspeakably evil act" will involve killing someone in the party. I don't know, Tawa, could I get a little bit of a heads up on what Lichdom would involve?

By the way, Dice, did you start using a new sheet or have you not actually put Beolas' new stats onto the sheet? Because the one from the OP says you still only have 1d12 HD.

I switched over to the sheets alpha a while back, might not have posted this one, though I could have sworn I did.

Here it is, at any rate.

Also out of curiosity, what exactly is that sword?

That's a nice feeling of accomplishment you have there. It'd be a shame if something... happened to it.

I'll need a little heads-up if there's anything beyond what the SRD gives in the physical books.

If there is not, go on ahead.

You'll have to figure that out for yourself IC.

I will say you got some... favorable circumstances.

From what I've heard Tawa won't be on for about a week... SO... I assume we can just RP stuff without him. Specifically, I'd like Ness to answer Sacha's question. Specifically this one as I've been looking forward to your Paladin-ship for some time:

"I think I'll be okay...I feel...stronger, in some ways, actually. It's...weird. Everyone's voices sound different...and there's this whispering, whenever I look at people...it's...ugh..."

She reaches down and picks up the trident, using it as support along with Sacha.

"That stupid sweet stuff did this, didn't it..."

"Most likely. You shouldn't drink you know. Stuff like this happens. What do you see though? I've never heard of booze affecting someone this late."

Aye, been busy for a while, and procrastinating, sorry.

Her detect evil is sound-based, not vision based(in the terms of how she tells they're evil, at least).

Ah, yeah... That's my bad. Still, I'd like Ness to at least address the question.

Adding a little more fluff to my Detect Evil ability, though Tawa can slap me down if he wants.

The closer she is to a person, the more she can hear of their inner soul/thoughts. Which basicallymeans she can only tell if strangers are evil or not, but if she meets them and maybe talks a short while or just knows their name, she can figure out if they're good or neutral as well, lawful or chaotic or neither, basic personality traits(which she would probably know by such a point anyway), general emotional state, deepest beliefs and viewpoints, etc. etc.

It's more interesting than x-ray alignment vision, even if the latter makes for better visual gags with sheets of lead.

Ayleth takes a level in wizard.
Her Will Save is now +3
She gains another 0th and 1st level spell.
She now gets a +1 BAB.
She gets 6 skill points. 1-Spellcraft, 2-Listen, 2-Decipher Script, 1-Use Magical Device
She gains 4+1 HP for a max of 10.

I think that's everything.

Hi everybody, 'm back early.

You can do non-RP stuff now, I guessssssss holy crap
-snip-
I'm too lazy to look up the SRD right now, but assuming that this complies with Paladin rules, that's fine.
