Originally it was going to be a physical based character... and then I realized how sucky that was and figured out how to work in magic damage.
Name: Catherine Montgomery
Age: Real age is 15, but it can be hard to tell (explained in Ability)
Description: Appearance varies, but shes generally a tall-ish girl for her age, with red hair and eyes of the same color. She wears a black hoodie most of the time, and also-black jeans because she doesnt like skirts.
Personality wise, shes generally rather friendly, but she can be manipulative. If she doesnt count you as a friend, shell just tell you exactly what you want to hear, sometimes lying without so much as a finger twitch as a tell. If she does consider you a friend, shes brutally honest and holds nothing back.
She was born in America and lives there most times, but due to her dads job as an archaeologist and expert in the field of magic, whenever its his turn for custody she could be anywhere in the world.
Her powers developed when she was 10, but she keeps them to herself most times.
EXP: 670
Stats: 113/116
Health: 16 (48)
Mana: 16 (32)
Speed: 20 (-1 Med. Armor)
Skill: 14 (7% crit)

Magic: 22

Resistance: 10 (+2 Damage Block)
Perk: Swift Strike (Once every 5 turns, attack twice.)
Perk: Practice makes Perfect (Transformations have 50% chance to take 1 less mana point)
Fault: Contact must be held for longer depending on class of spell, as decided by the GM.
Fault: Medium and higher have a chance of also damaging Catherine, chance and damage decided by GM.
Equipment: She wears something like a bulletproof vest, except it goes over her whole body (Medium Armor). Also, she has a katana that she got during one of her dad's visits to japan (Normal Weapon)
Ability: Changing items and people
Negligible: Minor changes to herself, such as hair and eye color, skin tone, clothing color, hair style, etc, anything that wouldnt require moving body or material mass. Can affect similar changes on others if in physical contact with them. Similarly, she can change colors of small objects at this level. Can affect anything less than twice her mass
Small: Bodily changes, such as height and weight, sex, muscles, etc. Generally can be used for a disguise, or in combat can be used to become physically stronger and therefore put more force into strikes. As for more direct means of damage, with this magic she can turn her weapon into some sort of ethereal crystal material, doing standard Mag+20% damage. Can affect anything less than twice her mass
Medium: Serious changes in body composition and such, allowing for change of species or similar. Example: Changing skin to iron for more defense. Can make stronger crystals, doing Mag+40% damage. Again, can affect others. Can affect anything less than twice her mass
Big: Can make total conversions, including mental changes, on things up to 4 times her mass. Small and medium level changes can affect things below 3 times her mass. Crystal weapons made with this scale do Mag+60% damage.
Enormous: At this point, the only changes are how strong the crystals are, Mag+80% damage, and so on.
All changes higher than Insignificant last 3 turns + how high over the target was rolled, or 3 hours, depending on if she is in combat or not.
Special Moves:
1-SP
Fleet-Footed: +25% chance to dodge next attack.
2-SP
Precision: Next attack will auto-hit. If there is 0% chance to hit, does not work. Does not use a turn.
Unleash the hounds.
Also, do I get the level-ups I missed, or do I start as level 1? I made the sheet assuming the latter.
