(( Mmm... Where you fit is kinda ambiguous and doesn't really fit Designated Hero too well. You could have just as easily been an Anti-Hero or a Villain with Good Publicity. Chosen One actually probably fits you better. It's just that I put you as Designated Hero because the Cheesistani give you a free pass to anything, the dice hand you life and power on a silver platter, and you're expected to be and honoured by the locals as a hero, even though the shoe doesn't always fit. However, even when you don't save the day, the people ( in their infinite wisdom ) are more likely to praise you than anyone else. ( Including those who might actually have deserved it, like the Jarl, Prophet, or me. ( They don't like the Jarl because Aristocrats are Evil, they don't like Prophet because of his trapping, and they don't like me because they view me as a textbook example of Obstructive Bureaucrat and The gods Are Lazy) And yeah, if you wanna be a jerkass, you can... but I'd rather you subvert it and be a genuine hero every now and again and not take your particular liscense to do everything but kill for granted. ALSO, I'm getting to the list and if you have a trope you feel fits you better than Designated Hero, go ahead and tell me.
