-1 to feeding it until we learn just how much we can control this thing. +1 to moving everything underground though I don't know how we'll get the whole ship down there. Probably not possible right meow. We will become ants!

Thats why i said that we should wait awhile before trying that and yes we shall become humanoid ant xenomorphs. (Ah but the science do it for the SCIENCE:P )

Year 1, November
You go into the growing chamber to try and convince Fal that Phil is not to be harmed. You tell him he is your fal too, and that they are brothers. It goes through to Fal, and it grows more docile when Phil comes near. It's still growing, and by now Fal has a proper face and can speak simple sentences.

You talk to your councilor on your stance about Fal. You instruct him that Fal is to be terminated if he harms anyone by detonating his collar. Meanwhile, you send your warriors and chainborn to move your nest underground, along with the manufactory and the other crashed ship parts. They get most of it underground, including the manufactory, which is now up and running. Some parts are still outside and will take some more time to move. Using the manufactory the councilor makes two remotes to detonate Fal's collar, one for him and one for you.

When the councilor isn't busy you send him to find out how the machine created Fal. He doesn't understand what happened, but he doesn't have his proper lab or enough time in one month to do so. The warriors have grown increasingly on edge near Fal. They even spit and curse openly at it. Fal ignores them, though. Fal spends its time talking to you, emulating your words. After one session with him, you realize that you've lost the remote to his collar. Suddenly, you hear an explosion and screams.

You run towards the explosion to see what had happened. You see Fal holding the remote, his collar gone, and the corpses of the warriors at it's feet. One of them survived, his legs blown off, crying in agony. Fal steps over it and pierces him through the skull with it's claws and throws it away. Then Fal turns and sees you.

"Mahja. Bad fal try hurt you. Bad fal make bomb for Fal. Bad fal try hurt me and Mahja. Fal hurt them."

You stand shocked at what had happened, and how Fal had noticed the bombs. The newborns you birthed earlier were not hurt, and are still in the birthing chamber. Phil was far in the forest trapping while this happened.

Continue to act as it's mother it is still loyal. Do not try to give it a new collar. Teach Fal more? (I told you that the collar was a bad idea.)

Make sure that the newborn warriors grow up with and around it and learn to accept it as a brother. Vice-Versa the same goes for Fal.

Once our crops are done growing we might get something out of starting to trade with the humans. Mostly their good will but also some proper mining tools and working hands. That is if we have enough food.

I agree but I don't think we should trade with them they are more likely to angry mob us then trade. If you want friendly humans just kidnap some of the village children.

Well, this could be a problem. It seems the collar wasn't powerful enough.

How could we destroy Fal now? It's too dangerous to keep around, especially if it managed to eliminate all our warriors at once.

Hmm.

Why should we destroy such a powerful ally Giglamesh? it is very, very useful. Like a child it needs to be teached but beyond that phase it will be a very useful tool.

It is a hot cannon with no one really able to control it. Besides ever seen kids snap at their parents? what do we do then? give it a timeout?

Exactly what 3man75 said. It's hugely powerful, but thats also the problem - it only follows our commands because it wants to. What if it decided it wanted to eat all our chainborn or our councillor? We need some kind of way to eliminate it or control it should it go rogue. It's already killed all our grown soldiers.

Oh you fools. It attacked them because they attacked it first!

It sees us as its mother it will follow our every order and seeing as its able to grow mentally, it will become more intelligent and easier to reason with. The only problem i see is that it grows independent of us. Instead of killing it we should take some genetic samples once our councillor has a lab and let him find a way to induce hte same loyality in it that our servants have, if it does not already have it.

This thing is too good an opportunity to kill it.

-1 involving anything Hurting or Killing the Creature, we propably would end up only enraging it and turning it against us.

We could find a castle and tell it to kill everyone inside? If it survives that then...maybe it can fight off the armies that come for it.

None of us want to hurt or kill it yet, ghazkull. We just want to be able to do so if it becomes necessary.

Also, GM: Was the bomb doomed to fail from the beginning or did it have a very poor roll and Fal a good one?
