Correct me if I'm wrong but arent we supposed to wait until after our mission to unlock two tech items? Not trying to break your balls, just wondering because there was some stuff I felt like unlocking at the time.
No, I'm pretty sure you're supposed to unlock it at the beginning. That's what I did at least - otherwise I wouldn't have had lights. Or ladders.

D.E.R.P.A
Deadly Explosive Rocketry Program for Astronomy

This will be a Kerbal Space Program succession game. In case you don't know what that means, it's when I start off a saved game, do some stuff, and when my turn's up, I send it to the next player, who does the same thing.
The game will be played on KSP 23.5, without any mods. After your turn, you may purchase up to two research nodes.

Bolded the relevant portion of the OP.

I'm not going apologize at all. It'd be out of character.

Heh, Well I didn't unlock any after my mission so I suppose we're about even now?
I'm absolutely terrible with asteroids, But I love the idea, I'm now trying to design a compact asteroid catching and docking vessel, perhaps a multipart ship that can grab 2 asteroids, maneuver them to earth, then dock them together, the ship would also need some extra docking rings and claws for putting extra junk on the rocks.

They're nearly as bad as badgers. Build a couple of anti-buzzard SAM sites marksdwarf towers and your fortress will look like Baghdad in 2003 from all the aerial bolt spam. You waste a lot of ammo and everything is covered in unslightly exploded buzzard bits and broken bolts.

Oh. Yes. I was just making up for that.

I knew all along. Even Stevens.

I also unlocked BEFORE my turn but not after. Otherwise you have other people sort of deciding your next step.

Yah, can we change it to before the turn?

And it kinda makes more sense, from an RP stand point.

Gah. Stupid rules, takin all the glory away from DERPA Director :(

No one even CARES about my story, all they care about is when they get to throw science at tech nodes.

I'm getting a Red vs Blue-esque vibe. Is it going to turn out Jeb is actually a computer program in an android body?

Crips, so if I ignored the rules to, my turn could have been 1/3 better. Whatever rules suck so let's ignore them? I wonder why the world sucks. Humanity in action man, humanity in action.

NEXT TURN, HURRY UP!
