Sheldon shot Miguella a look. "Calling them the Platforms of Death is not really likely to inspire confidence." Sheldon peered out at the platforms. "...Well, I'm going first. Who's all coming with me?"

Sheldon shot Miguella a look. "Calling them the Platforms of Death is not really likely to inspire confidence." Sheldon peered out at the platforms. "...Well, I'm going first. Who's all coming with me?"

: "HOOHOOHOOHOOHOOOooo! Oh my dear Sheldon! Think of the stories you will be able be tell your children one day though, how you and your valiant companions crossed the Platforms of Death! Think of the children screaming and crying, clamoring and begging on your knee for you to tell them what would happen next! Let that inspire you!"

The pirate snorted. He'd hoped his entirely theoretical children would be smart enough to realize he wouldn't be able to tell the story if he bought the farm on the Platforms of Death. "I think I'll be a bit more inspired thinking about how I'll be able to get a drink after all this is over." Sheldon turned his gaze back towards the platforms after catching a peek at Leona. Had she been blushing? No way. Just more wishful thinking. "Okay, but stay back. We can't have you getting hurt."

: "I'll be up there... Just... Give me a minute to compose myself." Alyssa set her harp aside and pulled the book from her pack once more, starting to scribble.

Leona looked at the platforms a bit nervously. Sure, she was talking big, but she wasn't exactly confident...
