"Yes, I found it among the remains of one of the ghouls. Curious that it's in such good condition, it must go to something nearby."

After getting on the horse, Fezzina leaned against Griff and held on for support as they rode. She seemed troubled by something, and confirmed as much as she spoke once more, albeit much quieter and when they were away from the others.

"Leona's conflicted about Sheldon, and from the looks of it, I think he knows but... You know Sheldon better than I do, do you think he feels something of the same? About my sister?"

Normally she wouldn't breathe a word about this kind of thing to  anyone but her confidants, as she was now.

Griff sighed and nodded.

: "Almost positive he does, yeah. He won't talk to me much about it unless he's had a few drinks, but I think he fell pretty hard fer her. And yer sister's confusion ain't helping either of 'em. Think we should each talk to them when we get back, maybe separate them a little?"

Griff rescues Fezzina as all enter formation closer to the Ghoul. Plenty of people are blocked by others in their movement.

Miguella closed her eyes in a look of contentment as Leona healed both her and her horse. Poor Iberietta, just didn't deserve such harsh treatment at her age.

: "Sparkles..."

Then she turned her gaze to the strange mechanism. Sure enough, it would seem that the device was to work the floating platforms off in the distance. She didn't really understand technology all that much, but she took Leona's word for it.

: "Yes... Why I suppose that must be what it means. I think you have the right idea dearie. Once some of our 'slower' members catch up, I will start working the bridge. If someone has to be left behind, I don't mind having to sit this one out dearest. I'm afraid my old bones won't be of much use against the forces of EVIL anyways."

Move to 12,13.

There was a little distance between the two women and Sheldon. Leona glanced at him nervously, then turned her attention to Miguella. She kept her voice quiet so he wouldn't hear.

"Miguella, I trust you have some experience when it comes to love. Certainly more than me."

Leona laughed nervously.

"Er, well...anyway, it's about Sheldon... I really care for him, but I don't know if he... feels the same way about me as I do about him."
