I'll take Russia. For the motherland!

First action: Propose a defensive pact with Australia in light of America's recent troop movements.

He immediately begins to beavergoat the man quite thoroughly! At the very beginning, the man is mystified by James' actions, but his face quickly becomes a mask of horror when the procedure starts!

"OH GODS WHY? WHYYY?"

After a twenty minute session, the man is left white as a sheet, hairless and completely and utterly dead. James congratulates himself on a job well done!

Germany Orders

Foreign Affairs
_________________

Sever ties with Russia, and prepare to aid in the defense of Sweden, Norway, Etc. From foreign intervention. Send envoys to adjacent European nations to form a Confederacy of Nations, similar to the UN but with greater military power.

Internal Affairs
__________________

Consolidate the economy by streamlining tax system. Renounce previous Socialist laws in favor of more capitalistic system, and make a total government reform - reinstate the Bismarkian Empire! Name Günther Lûtjens, a current leader of the Conservative party, the Chancellor.

Internal Production
_____________________

Rapidly increase mobilization of arms, and institute a new military policy to spend 1/8th of our current budget on rearmament. Begin changing the Mercedes factories into Tank production facilities. Streamline the current military, and open up the chain of command to a 4x larger capacity - fulfill this capacity over the next 4 years. Build a in-depth defense system across our eastern border.

Diplomacy
______________
unclassified

Publicly send an envoy to Russia and demand a cessation of hostilities in the Ukraine.

Russia Orders
Foreign Affairs
Accept Denmark's offer confidentially and make them send assistance in the war with the Ukraine.
Deny Germany's demands as they have no right to make them. This is a purely Russian matter and the Germans should mind their own business.

War in the Ukraine
Route troops, helicopters, and tanks through Belarus by making agreement with Alexander Lukashenko. Send them through Chernobyl's zone of alienation and have them go in a circle around the more radioactive parts, sending them to the southern border. Bring anti-radiation pills and equipment, just in case. At the border, go over at night and begin invasion towards Kiev. Send in reinforcements and air support through the Belarus-Russian border.

Internal Production
Begin secret operation using FSB to confiscate several factories owned by those opposed to me using fabricated evidence. After getting the factories and saying they are now government property, convert them into factories of war.

Internal Affairs
Begin massive propaganda campaign supporting the war. All pop music, television shows, and magazines should have a song/special episode/special edition involving the glory of war. If this fails to bring up recruitment, begin increased conscription.

Switzerland. I will immediately start research on rocket skis and plasma pikes. Appropriate Swiss Bank accounts from enemies, and bolster those of allies. I order the Swiss Guards to hold the Pope hostage. I now control a good portion of the Catholics in the world. With that in mind, I ready my troops to invade France.
