Fine with me. I can understand not having much time for updates, my Norse mod has barely been worked on between exams and the holidays.

I think I am.  I'll pick it up and play after my first update for Dorfday/Chamberdrums.

You guys want me to start over the turn, or pick up where Monitor left off?

Picking up where Monitor finished would keep his journal entry relevant, but it would give you either a very long turn or a short turn depending on when you choose to end yours. I'll leave it to your discretion but if anyone else has any preferences then they could be taken into account.

I'll pick it up from his point, and depending on what happens there will be a fitting transition to the long turn, or I'll stop and the end of the current year.  I have a bit of a plan that encompasses either, hopefully you guys will enjoy it however it pans out.

Hey there, really like the idea of the dark vampire fort, (maybe I have been playing too much Vampire the masquerade). I'm having some problems with the saves using the lazy newb pack I got this message when I try to load again the vampire fort (first time there is no problem)

Missing inorganic gloss: Vampire Rock

If you could help this modding illiterate fellow dorf I would appreciate it.

Keep up the good play!

Not sure what the inorganic gloss part is about, but the Vampire Rock is the evaporating stone I used to make the vampires. Not familiar with the lazy newb pack myself so I don't know if they've got something in there that conflicts with custom materials.

Hey, I just solved the issue, I was using an old version of the lazy newb pack, What is the df hack command to force migrants?

I keep using Force migrants Player to no avail

thanks

I solved the migrants issue too, Well I have started building my own vampire coven using your world and it is some FUN I got a vampire named "The masked One" really spooky if you ask me hehe

Too many humans are getting drained though...

When you abandoned the fort to build your own the vampires from the original can be drawn as migrants.
